Letter to Romeo
Dear Readers, I wanted to try something light and fresh, so I hope it completes the purpose. Today's blog is been inspired by the movie "Letters to Juliet". You know how all the idea comes to know when you are either studying or working. I was at work and all I could think that I should try to write something related to it. Here I go, do bare with me *nervously laugh*
Dear Romeo,
I know letters are a thing of past decades, but I still choose to write you one. Yesterday I read your e-mail. Though we haven't even met once, or talked in person the feelings I receive through your emails is magical. I went through a lot of trouble to write you a letter hoping you would like this gesture of mine.
Before you, I never believed in love. Read many books, watched tons of cliche romantic movies but one thing was I never saw such beautiful pure feelings called "love" between two. Remember the first day when we started calling each other Romeo and Juliet, sure it sounded cheesy but later got damned used to it. "When my world was falling apart you picked me up, took care of me and made sure I was alright."
I have read somewhere not quoting it, though, which said how long is forever? So, how long is forever? Is our love going to last for eternity or it is like modern day love which starts from the night and gets the end in the morning. I hope the option in your mind and heart is A. Though we have never talked about such sentimental stuff, it is just one of the thing I wanted to share.
"What If!" We could never meet, even though million times we passed by one another but unfortunately won't be even able to share a glance with other. "What If!" We've already met and talked but didn't felt that connection. You know what's more weird I think we've already dated! Well, these are few "what if" occurring my mind.
I'm not saying I love you (not yet at least) not even trying to scare you away. Let's take Romeo and Juliet to next level (making sure not to end our story just like Shakespeare did), meet me by London Bridge 5 P.M. Will be holding a red book, will be waiting for you. Hope to see you there.
Love,
Juliet.
P.S. And here hoping not to bore you and scare you, people, off.
