Hey guys

Right so the guy who I like. I feel like he is playing with my emotions. Because when I asked him out he said no because he didn't like me in that way. But he's acting like he does , he is always putting his arm around me and pulling me closer. My friends have told me to move on but I can't and even I wanted to he is kinda making it harder for me.
