I need you to make these elves into a dragon for my AU

The males have longer reddish fins, while the females have blue, but you can make either one.

I was thinking of a pale blue dragon with the color fins you choose on their feet, heads, arms, and backs, with white eyes. Also, you don't have to give them clothes since they're dragons.
