It's nighttime and I realize it has been a while since I've seen a Studio Chibli movie. So I decide to watch one I have been longing to watch. Of course... It's the one and only...

When Marnie Was There.

So, the movie has ended and I am in TEARS. My mom asked if I wanted to go upstairs to sleep. All she got in response was, a hand held up to her face and I said,

"No... L-*sniff*lemme watch the credits..."

I can watch the scene where the Special Reinforcements squad dies and keep a straight face while internally barfing rainbows...

But this?

This is what makes me cry...?

I used to be afraid of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory...

... And yet, I have the guts to play Skyrim and Assassins Creed.

I'm only in middle school... At a young age...

I never really understood myself...

And I probably won't understand it anytime soon.
