Jack's pov
I woke you to see Emma fast asleep on my chest. I smiled at her. I can't wait until tomorrow. Emma and I will find our mates. I move alittle to slip out. I was going to make breakfast. I walk to the kitchen still in bad pain. I got out pancake mix. I started cooking breakfast. It is finally done. I sit it on the table. I walk back in the living room and see her still asleep. I walk over to the couch. "Emma?" I shake her alittle and smiled. Emma jumped up and grabbed me. "Emma! It's just me." I said. She let go. I grab her hand and lead her to the kitchen. She smiled at me and gave me a hug. Her mom walked in the kitchen with a confused look. Emma let go. "Do you want some breakfast Ms.Blue?" I ask. She looked at me. "Thank you Jack." Ms.Blue said. We all ate before we had to leave.

Emma and I walked to school as usual. "Are you ready for tomorrow?" I ask. "Movie night?" Emma said. I laughed alittle. Yes. Tomorrow was movie. The one day of the week mine and Emma's friend get together for a movie. "Yes. But I meant are you ready to mean your mate?" I said. Emma frowned alittle. "What's wrong?" I ask. "Nothing....... I'm just worried. We won't hung out as much." Emma said. "Me too." I said. I didn't want to lose my best friend.

The school day went on. Emma invited Shadow over for movie night tomorrow. The day ended and I walked Emma home. I stayed another night. This I was sleeping on the guest room. "Good night Jack." Emma said as she went to her room. I worried all day about my and Emma's 16th birthday tomorrow. Would I lose my best friend?
