"Hey Gregory." Gregory turns to face me. "Yeah?" "Could you promise me something." "Of course! What is it?" "Could you promise me that you and me will be friends forever...even if we fight?"

Evan sticks out his pinky taking me by surprise. I do the same. "Pinky promise." The two of us say in sync.

It's been awhile since me and Evan became friends and believe it or not I think I'm starting to really like him and...not just as a friend. "Hey Gregory." "Yeah?" "Could you brush my hair again? I like it better when you do it." I blush as he says that. "Yeah sure thing." I grab his hairbrush from his table and start to brush his hair.

'His hair is very soft and fluffy...wait. Stop thinking like that!'

After I finish brushing his hair. We decided to watch a movie together. "I'll get the snacks." "Okay thank you Gregory." "No problem." I go to get the snacks.

I still on my bed waiting patiently for Gregory's return. "Here!" I smile as he enters the room. "Thank you Gregory." I say as he gives me a bag of chips. Setting down a bag of candies on the table along with two glasses of juice he sits down next to me. I don't know why but I wanted to be closer to him. I moved closer to Gregory and cuddle with him. Gregory holds me as well.

After the movie ended me and Gregory layed down next to each other and cuddled for a bit.

(Okay they will do this sometimes but it is platonic since they are still in middle school and Evan hasn't confessed yet.)

I like days like this when me and Gregory will do this sort of thing. I like when he holds me like this. It makes me feel calm and safe. "Better get some sleep now. School is tomorrow." Gregory says before closing his eyes. "Mhm." I hum before doing the same.
