Personality: Cold, distant, vengeful, loyal, cruel. He is a very unknown character, some would say no one has known about him until recently, as if he had just been born.

Backstory: Now I won't say too much because I don't know much of the lore but. Vsevold is the cryo dragon, now during the battle between the dragons and the Primordial One, Vsevold was said to be someone who had fallen to the Primordial One, he had actually went into hiding in the waters of Teyvat in a slumber for the longest time until being awoken by The Tsaritsa, how was he found? No one knows but he was and now learning of the Tsaritsa's motives he has decided to devote himself to her cause and perhaps try to take over as a dragon once again. Now another question, why does Vsevold have a human body? No one knows (aka I don't know) but Vsevold was definitely surprised seeing what he had become. Now he works to protect the Tsaritsa, help with her goals, and perhaps find love.
