Backstory: Souta and Ryoko are twins and were abandoned by their parents young, they had lived in a small house in Narukami island where only the two of them and their parents. The two always loved to dance together and do fun things, the reason why they got abandoned is still unknown. After being abandoned Souta decided to take charge and start moving towards Inazuma City, of course along the way he always tried to find food for the two of them to eat, sometimes he'd even not eat a meal just so Ryoko could. Soon they made it to Inazuma City where they made money by performing on the streets doing dances and fun tricks, of course not much of what they were doing was legal so they got chased after by authority many times. One day though while they were running away they bumped into someone of authority in the Kanjou commission, from there they were offered to be taken in to be taken care of and still be able to do their performances. At first they were hesitant but soon agreed, years later though is when they realized how corrupt the commissions were becoming so the two decided to go against the commissions and joined the resistance, although Ryoko fully devotes herself to the resistance Souta decided to get a job at Yae publishing house where he met Yae. What's sad though is that since Ryoko fully devotes herself to the resistance she mostly stays at Watatsumi island while Souta mostly stays in Inazuma City so they are separated most of the time but whenever they come together to take a break all they do is perform on the streets like used to do all the time.

About us: Combat practice: Your technique of wielding a blade is amazing, especially since with each element you hold you use a different style. If it's not too much to ask will you teach me? I may use a polearm but I'll change the style to a polearm suiting one.
About us: Legends: I've heard many things about what you did in other lands. Fought storm terror, battled against Osial, and now winning the war against the Raiden Shogun. Looking forward to what you'll do next.
About the vision: It truly is a blessing to be praised by a archon to be given this. Sometimes I doubt myself because I don't think I truly deserve this gift, there are a lot of other people that are better suited for a vision.
Something to share: When the Kanjou commission found out I was part of the Resistance they were furious! I understand though, they never would've thought that someone among them was a traitor.

About Ayaka: Even though I don't live in Inazuma City anymore I still have good connections with Ayaka, she's a old friend of mine. How's she been?

About Thoma: I'm guessing you've been invited to hotpot with him, the last time I went he mixed all these weird ingredients together...it didn't end well for him. I had to take him back to his place and poor thing was limping. He was so green...
About Kokomi: Her talent to command armies is incredible, a team with the both of us would be unstoppable, water and ice, fatal. I am worried about her though, she's under so much pressure with work that sometimes she falls asleep randomly.
About Gorou: His tail is soooo cute! Not to mention his ears, I've wanted to touch them but he's sensitive but he does let me touch them sometimes, his whimpers are so cu-huh? Oh you were talking about how he fights? Hm well he's good although with how he scratches the ground it wastes two seconds of time to attack.
About Yae: The women who works at Yae publishing house and the shrine? I've seen her before since my brother works with her but other than that I don't know anything about her. Is it true that she was able to go in the plane of Euthymia with you?

Skill: He goes in a circle around a enemy while slashing inflicting anemo damage
Burst: Simular to Raiden and Xingqiu where the character gets a ring of wind around them and each hit inflicts anemo damage. Damage of the anemo slashes depends on how much stamina you have stored.
Perks and consequences: Increases attack speed and reduces stamina usage. Requires stamina to do a lot of damage so charged attack based characters are a problem.

About Souta: The Resistance: Tell me you've been to the resistance's area before, has anything changed? I'm curious as to what they do now that the vision hunt decree is down.
About Souta: Commissions: Its tiring having to be in line to be the head of the Kanjou commission. Ever since my sister left to stay with the Resistance I've been given more tasks than before. I don't mind but it'd be great to have a break.

About the vision: Having to battle numerous monsters and gaining a vision from that...it's like the archons heard our cries and blessed us with the power to fight back. There's no amount of words to describe how thankful I was, if it hadn't been for the vision I wouldn't have been able to save me and my sister.
Something to share: If you ever feel bored please come by Yae publishing house, all books there are confirmed to be interesting by Yae Miko herself. You may not think that Yae would be interested in this sort of thing but she really does have a talent for picking books. I myself have picked up a few books for myself to read in my spare time and have enjoyed every single one.
Interesting things: Living alone really is boring but to pass the time I do like to cook...although...sometimes I end up making even more than what intended so I like giving some to the people. They all really enjoy my cooking, sometimes when walking in town people would come up to me and asked if I made anything.
About Yae: I've heard even the Shogun has been flustered because of Yae. She's got a way into peoples mind except for mine that is. It's more like the opposite for us, sometimes I accidentally say something and her ears rise up. It's funny.
About Raiden Shogun: Eternity...she did all of this just for her idea of "eternity", its... I'm unsure if I can find a way to forgive her actions. I can understand that eternity is important but the way she did it was unreasonable.
About Gorou: Hina...I can't believe that Yae would do something like this and the fact that even Gorou doesn't know...I really do feel bad for the guy. Sales have been going a lot better now these days though....
About Ayaka: She has my respect, she manages to find a way to defy her clan without them knowing unlike my sister who instead makes a big picture.
About Kokomi: Hm not too fond of her. When I tried leaving the first time she insisted I'd stay a while longer. She knew well that I was starting to have some problems but still insisted that I'd put my life on the line. She even went to the extent to have my own sister to try and convince me.
About Sara: Back then when in the resistance Sara was a formidable foe that no one could waver, even I as a captain had a somewhat hard time capturing her. We were always at each other's throats, leaving the resistance I had to leave her in Kokomo's hands instead.
More about Souta: I: Is there something you need? Me? You want to learn more about me? Heh I see, well then if you want to know more then I'd suggest we get some tea, this is going to be a long conversation so it's good to stay hydrated.
More about Souta: II: The Kanjou commission has really gone low these days, it will take time to regain respect and glory. Finding out that the commission has its ties with the fatui angers me but I can see why they did it, it was selfish but I can't blame them for being human.
More about Souta: III: To this day I am still grateful to lady Hiiragi Chisato. She was a major help in getting me and my sister into the Kanjou commission. If it wasn't for her I think we would've still been on the streets, chased by soldiers.
More about Souta: IV: Before being taken in I would spend most of my time wandering the streets of the city with my sister, in that time we had I found Yae publishing house and would read the books there from time to time. Whenever I got extra money it would be used on buying books I was interested in. I guess all those memories reading there was the reason why I wanted to work there.
More about Souta: V: There's a lot of supernatural beings here in Inazuma, everyday I feel as if there's always something or someone new to see. Yo Kai, gods, hybrids, oni, it is a wonder on what I'll see next. If you ever have the time would you tell me what supernatural beings you've seen?
Souta's hobbies: As much as I enjoy reading I'm more fond of cooking, the amount of meals you could make with just a few ingredients is astounding. I'll make you some in my spare time, trust me when I say my cooking is good.
Souta's troubles: Hm my troubles? The amount of work given to me by the Kanjou commission is exhausting. Yes the head of commission may not be me but they still give me work to do as a way of compensation for living there. Sigh, living isn't free after all.
Favorite food: With no doubt I'll take ramen everyday if I had to. There's so many different flavors and ingredients you can add in that it'll never be boring. My favorite is pork ramen though.
Least favorite food: I don't understand why so many people like rice, yes it may be a very popular main dish but it's too bland for my taste. Maybe if it had hot sauce then I wouldn't mind too much but by itself it doesn't have flavor at all.
