'Escape?'

Sumedh's POV

I saw her going away from my sight. All of a sudden she again came in front of me. I just stared her.

Mallika: Cadbury.

She called me softly. I looked in her eyes.

Mallika: I am sorry babyboy.

I quickly stood up. Disbelief. Is what I am feeling. I don't trust her. I will not be able to trust her again. She stood up and came near me. She was about to hug me. I moved away from her, showing her my hand.

Sumedh: Mai tum par vishvaas kaise kar lu? I don't trust you.

I liked you because you were different, why did you become like them?

Mallika: Ek din mai hi tumhara trust mujhse uth gaya?😒

She said rudely.

Sumedh: Tum ek khooni ho.

I said back.

Mallika: Yes, I am a murderer, I enjoy hurting people. I like blood. I like pain. I am a monster, but whether you remember it or not, I am your monster, Cadbury.😈

She said dominantly. I trembled. My eyes swelled with tears. I looked down.

Mallika: You know what? Everyone present here is a killer. My every guard is a killer.😏

She said while smirking. My eyes snapped towards her.

She is lying, right? It can't be true.

Sumedh: Jh.. jh.. jhooth bol rahi ho tum.. haina?😣

I stuttered. I closed my eyes tightly and crossed my fingers, wishing her to say it is lie.

Mallika: Open your eyes baby. See the reality. You are standing between mafia's. Yaha koi bhi doodh ka dhula nahi hai.

I hold my sobs in which were threatening to come out from my throat.

Sumedh: Mai.. mai nahi maanta.. tum jhooth bol rahi ho.

She sighed. 

Mallika: Tum maano ya na maano ye hi sach hai. Tumhe mujhe par vishvaas nahi hai?

I shook my head. I forced my tears to go back in. She looked around and called Krish bhaiya and Radhika Di. They came obeying her.

Mallika: Sir ji ko batao ki kya tum dono khooni ho?

I looked at them. They looked down, trying to avoid my gaze. I can feel something breaking inside me. That is my heart.

Krish & Radhika: Haan.

Shattered. My all hopes shattered away. I trusted them but they chose to betray me. Why everyone betrays me? I am just a useless object. My trust is so fragile everyone breaks it. My eyes swelled with tears but tears never fell from my eyes.

Mallika: Kya mere sab guards khooni hai?

Krish & Radhika: Haan.

It's hurting me.

I am hurt. Please stop. I can feel my breath rising. I rubbed my hands slightly together to feel better. It means I am standing between murderers. Oh my god. My eyes widened at the realization. 

I saw her gesturing Krish bhaiya and Radhika di to go.

Mallika: Cadbury.

She called me softly. I don't feel good because of her voice, her calling me Cadbury. 

Sumedh: Mera naam Sumedh hai. Cadbury nahi.😒

I said rudely.

Mallika: I will call you Cadbury only cause I gave you this name. You are mine Cadbury.

She stared me. I don't feel good cause of her. She is calling me mine. How can I be her's?

Sumedh: Mai tumhara kaise ho sakta hu?

She came near me. I moved back. I don't want her near me. She still came near me.

Mallika: I claim you mine. Only mine.😏

She said darkly with a smirk.

Sumedh: Kaise?

I whined. My voice breaking.

Sumedh: Tum meri aankho ke saamne 2 khoon kar chuki ho. Maine kabhi sapne mai bhi nahi socha tha ki tum aise hogi. Maine tum par vishvaas kiya tha.🥺

My voice is breaking. My throat is dry. I gulped.

Mallika: 2 nahi baby, 3.

I looked at her in confusion.

Sumedh: Matlab?

Mallika: Vo Clinic wala scene yaad hai?

My eyes widened.

Sumedh: Vo.. vo mar gaya?

Mallika: Haa. Usse maarne ke baad hi mai tumhare paas aayi thi.

She chuckled.

Angel. No. She is not my Angel. She is Devil. I remembered her words.

"I am not a good Angel. I am a bad Angel. Very bad Angel."

She warned me before but I didn't give attention to her warnings before. Why didn't I?

'Nobody told me where the devil lives. I found it in hidden in a human I believed.'

Mallika: Cadbury.

I looked at her in anger.

Sumedh: Mujhe Cadbury mat bulao.😤

I said coldly.

Mallika: I will. Nobody can stop me. Even it's you. I will call you Cadbury again and again cause you are mine. Only mine.

She said while staring straight in my eyes. I avoided looking in her eyes.

Mallika: Ab mujhe jana hai. Raat ko milenge. Bye baby.

She came near me. I moved back.

Sumedh: Jao na.

Please just go away.

Mallika: 1 minute. Ishaan, Nikhil.

She called some people. They came and stood in front us. I feel nervousness. 

Mallika: Cadbury, he is Nikhil, Ishaan. I trust them the most after Radhika and Krish.

I nodded with my eyes down.

Mallika: They are your bodyguards. 

My bodyguards?

Mallika: Avantika.

She came and stood beside Nikhil and Ishaan.

Mallika: If anyone of Nikhil and Ishaan is not around you then Avantika will accompany you.

She said sternly looking at them. I gulped a lump formed in my throat. I am a normal person, I don't need any bodyguards.

Sumedh: Par kyu? Mujhe bodyguards ki kya jarrurat hai?  

Mallika: For your safety. Jab bhi tum iss mansion se bahar hoge tab Nikhil and Ishaan will accompany you. Tumhare upar pehle bhi ek attack ho chuka hai aur aage bhi ho sakte hai. Lekin tum daro mat. Mai tumhe iss mansion se bahar jane hi nahi dungi.

She gestured them to go.

Sumedh: Ye.. ye galat hai. Mai tumhare saath 1 second bhi nahi rehna chahta.

Mallika: I am not asking you. I am telling you. Bye baby.

She came near. I moved back. She grabbed my hands. I struggled against her touch to free myself from her. I squinted my eyes. I don't like her touch anymore. Leave me.

Sumedh: Hato.. kya kar rahi ho? 😣

I felt her hand around my head. She forcefully pecked my forehead. No.. please... I want to cry so bad. I opened my eyes and saw her going with Radhika Di and Krish bhaiya. I wiped my forehead with my hand harshly. I feel disgust.

I saw there were only 1-2 guards in the hall. My knees felt weak, I went and sat on the couch. There is so much going inside me. My heart was ripping apart, a single tear rolled down. All I did was stare and overthink the situation. I was hardly controlling me all this time but now I can't. I hid my face in my palms and cried.

She. I hate her. Kaise ladki hai yaar? Itni beraham. Gussa itna karti hai. Aur jab chillati hai to mujhe bahut dar lagta hai. Kitni aasani se khoon karti hai. Jaise kisi ki jaan uske liye kuch nahi hai.

Jab mujhse pehli baar milne aayi thi tab kitni alag thi aur ab. Pehle kitni pyaari lagti thi lekin ab bilkul nahi. I called her Angel because she came in my life like an Angel but her actions are of a devil. 

More tears fell from my eyes. I sobbed more. I am vulnerable. Why is all this happening with me? What did I do to deserve all this? Why me?

I have to escape from here by any how. I can't stay here. She said she will not let me go out of this mansion. She said before that "Ye sab guards jo tumhari saari baate maan rahe hai. Inn sabko tumhare khilaaf hote hue 2 second bhi nahi lagenge." I don't care I have to escape.

Avantika: Sir!

Someone exclaimed. I tried calming myself and wiped my tears. I opened my eyes and saw she was Avantika di. I blinked my eyes. She gave me a glass of water.

Sumedh: Ye.. kyu?

My voice was hoarse and raspy. I gulped.

Avantika: Sir, please stop crying and have it you might be thirsty.

I was indeed thirsty. I thanked her and drank water. 

Sumedh: Di, aap mujhe sir mat kahiye. Mujhe sirf Sumedh kahiye. Mai kisi ka bhi sir nahi hu.

I don't deserve being called sir.

Avantika: Sir, I can't. 😔

She looked down.

Sumedh: Aap mujhe sir manna chahte hai to maniye lekin mujhe mere naam se hi bulaiye please.

I requested.

Avantika: Okay Sumedh. If you need anything you can call me.

I gave her a small smile and stood up. My head started spinning. I hold my head. I immediately sat again.

Avantika: Sumedh!

She exclaimed.

After 2 minutes I felt normal again. I opened my eyes and looked at her.

Avantika: Tum theek ho?

She asked concerned. I nod.

Avantika: Kuch chaihye-

I cut her words in between.

Sumedh: Di, Mai bilkul theek hu. Aap chinta mat karo.

Avantika: Pakka?

I smiled widely and nodded.

Avantika: Theek hai for mai jaati hu. Tumhe pata haina-

I cut her words in between.

Sumedh: Haan ji mujhe pata hai mujhe kuch chahiye hoga to mai aapko bula sakta hu.🤭

I giggled. She smiled and went.

At 9: 00 PM.

I just finished eating mango which was sent to me by Kishor kaka. It was yummy. I went in washroom and washed my hands. 

I suddenly heard sound of door opening. A shiver ran down my spine. I peeped through the door and saw her. I have to face her till I am here. I sighed and came out.

Mallika: Mera bacha kya kar raha hai?

She asked softly looking at me. I avoided her gaze. I avoided her. I went and took my specs and the book which I was reading last time. I can feel her gaze. I went and sat on the couch.

Mallika: Naraz ho mujhse?

She came near me. I still avoided her. I focused in the book. All of a sudden it got snatched away from my hands.

Mallika: Subah ke liye sorry. Maine tumhe bahut pareshan kiya na aur tumpar chillaya bhi.

She cupped my face.

Mallika: Sorry na baby. Mujhse baat karo na. Mujhe Angel keh kar bulao na.

I removed her hand from me and huffed. She is trying to melt me. I can't forgive her. She is a murderer.

Mallika: Aree mera baby kya hua? Acha sorry na.. galti se chilla diya.. Acha ye le hug ab to khush hoja.

She wrapped her arms around me. I pushed her.

Mallika: Accha ye sab chodho. Ye batao dinner kar liya?

I shook my head. Looking at the opposite direction of her.

Mallika: Accha theek hai. Ab kar lete hai.

She went to get fresh. I sighed. How can she good at acting? As if she forgot of what a devil she was behaving in the morning. Look at her now, can anyone say that she killed a person in the morning?

She came back.

Mallika: Chalo dinner karne niche chalte hai.

She said softly to me. I avoided her.

Mallika: It's fully okay, If you want to have your dinner here.

She gave me a wide smile and went out. I just have to avoid her till I escape. When she will go to work tomorrow I will explore the mansion to see ways to go out from here.

Mallika: Cadbury.

She called me softly. I groaned. She came near me and set the food tray on the table. She sat beside me. I shifted a little away from her.

Mallika: Mere haath se kahoge?

I shook my head.

Mallika: Theek hai.

We had our dinner. She took her laptop and did some work while I wrote my diary.

At 11:00 PM.

I was laying on the bed half asleep. I saw the lights going off and dim lights being on. I suddenly felt her arms around me. I became startled. I pushed her.

Sumedh: Mujhe touch mat karo.

I said in anger.

Mallika: Thank god tum kuch bole to sahi. 

She exhaled.

Sumedh: Hato.

Mallika: Nahi.

I tried pushing her her but she didn't moved even an inch. Uhh.. What does she eats that she is this much powerful? She has veins on her arms and hands. I became tired. I slept.

Mallika: Bye baby.

She pecked my forehead cupping my cheeks. I didn't replied. When she went, I wiped my forehead. I sighed.

I started finding ways to go out from here. There were guards near every window and gate. I finally after finding for so long found a window where no one was present. I smiled. I can escape from here.

My eyes widened. I suddenly felt someone's hot breath on my neck.

Mallika: Are you lost sweetheart?😏

She whispered in my ear.

I was yanked and suddenly pinned up to the wall. I gasped. My eyes wide in horror.

Mallika: Were you trying to run away from me?

I immediately shook my head. I nodded then shook my head. What is happening with me? I am so much nervous.

Sumedh: Mai.. mai..

I stuttered. I was not ale to find any words.

Mallika: I love to scare you. I love that you try to run away from me.

She leaned towards me more. I turned my face and closed my eyes.

Mallika: Sweetheart.

She whispered. My knees suddenly went weak. I shivered. When she calls me "Sweetheart" something tingles inside me.

She hold my chin and turned my face towards her. I can feel her breath on my face. I opened my eyes slowly. I saw she was very near to me. She was staring me. My eyes met her's for a second. 

Sumedh: Ha.. hato.😔

I looked down.

Mallika: Eyes on me Sweetheart.😏

Sumedh: Chodho mujhe.

I said angrily.

Mallika: I am sorry par mai tumhe nahi chodhne waali.😠

She left me and suddenly pulled me to her holding my arm. She dragged me somewhere.

Sumedh: Chodho mujhe.. kaha lekar jaa rahi ho.. mujhe kahi nahi jana .. chodho!!!

I yelled. I am scared that she will again take to the basement. My eyes swelled with tears. I saw  her taking me to the bedroom. I was suddenly pushed in. I yelped.

Suddenly I felt something hard and strong being hit on my forehead.

Sumedh: Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I screamed in pain. My head was spinning. I was slowly loosing consciousness. I was about to fell down. I felt someone holding me. My vision was blurred. I fainted.

Sumedh's POV Over

Mallika's POV

I caught my baby in my arms before he can fell down. I made him hug me. His face in my crook of neck. And he laid there unconscious. 

I am sorry my baby. I didn't wanted to hurt you but I out of options. You were not cooperating with me. And I can't let you go.

I looked at his innocent face and pecked his cheek. I made him lay down on the bed. I tied his hands together with my black duppata. I laid beside him and adored his sleeping figure for sometime. So cute.

I saw his wounded forehead. Oh my god. I stood up. I applied bandied on the wound neatly.

Mallika: I am sorry my baby. Forgive me if you can.

I kissed his other cheek. I looked at him for the one last time before going out. I locked the door.

Mallika: Nikhil, Ishaan.

They came and bowed down in front of me.

Mallika: He is inside the room. You both have to guard him standing outside every time he is in. Am I clear?

They nodded. I went to the car and sat inside. 

Krish: Kaam ho gaya?

I glared him.

Mallika: Tumse matlab.

Radhika: Mikku.

Mallika: Kaho Radhika.

I said as Krish started driving.

Radhika: Please don't harm him. He is innocent. He has nothing to do with this mafia stuff. Please.

She said being concerned for him.

Mallika: I understand your concern for him Radhika but he was not cooperating.

She sighed.

Mallika's POV Over

Sumedh's POV

I opened my eyes slowly. I grunted in pain. My head. Where am I? I blinked several time to clear my blurred vision. My forehead was wounded. Something was on my forehead. I realized my hands are tied. I immediately sat up. My escape plan. My freedom.

I saw it is her dupatta. She hit my head with something then I became faint. I hurriedly untied my hands. I went to the door and tried opening it. It is locked from outside. My God.

I banged my hand on the door several times while screaming.

Sumedh: Koi hai? Darvaza kholo.. Koi hai?

No reply came from the other side. She ordered them to not to open the door. I need to escape. There might  be some way to escape from here.

I went in the balcony and saw there was so much height between the ground and balcony. I can't escape from this way. If I fell down my bones will break. I will not take this risk.

I folded my hands on my chest and my back rested on the wall. My eyes burned with tears. Sobs escaped from my mouth. I cried. I am very lonely. I am so weak. My brutal life.

'You should die.'

'Nobody wants you.'

Face of my di appeared in front of my eyes. My beautiful di.

Sumedh: Di aap kaha ho? Please mere paas aa jaiye.😭

I cried more.

I listened the door open. I stood up. I saw her coming to me. I glared her.

Mallika: Mera baby.

She came near me. I pushed her angrily.

Sumedh: Mere paas mat aao.😤

I shouted at her.

Mallika: I am sorry baby for today-

I cut her words in between.

Sumedh: Nahi chaiye tumhara sorry. Meri jindagi se chali jao please. Mujhe mere haal par akela chodh do. Jane do mujhe.😤

I said coldly.

Mallika: Mai tumhe kisi bhi keemat par nahi jane dungi. I need you.

She wants something from me? Can't she say it before?

Sumedh: Tumhe kya chahiye mujhse mai abhi tumhe de deta hu par please mujhe do.

Mallika: Mujhe tumhari jarrurat hai.

She said staring me.

Sumedh: Meri? Kaise? Kyu?🥺

My anger turned into tears.

Mallika: Sorry.

She was about to hug me. I moved back showing her my hand. I already cried a lot. 

The night went like that we both argued, she again forcefully made me eat the dinner and then forcefully hugging me while sleeping. I will again try to escape from here.
