Changbin had always known that Minho is his mate, while Minho, he knows it too just... he doesn't know how to show his love to him properly. So he ended up teasing Changbin a little bit too much. He would always tease him here and there and also unintentionally make Changbin jealous and sad for cuddling and showing more love? to the maknae line.

The two have talked about it once to confirm if they are really meant to be together and Minho promised Changbin that when the time is right, the alpha will properly court the younger omega because they are still young and not ready for it yet. Changbin believes in Minho even if waiting for it and seeing him caring for others more than him hurts him silently.

One day, it all got too much, Changbin snapped at Minho. He cried at him, shocking everyone. The pack didn't even know that they were mates and that Minho hadn't even claimed Changbin yet. Like sure ChanLix dating and being mates ain't shocking anyone much as they saw it since day 1 on how the older looked at the youngest omega.

HyunSung are mates too, they eventually find out how to work it out around each other and are courting. As for Seungmin and Jeongin, they are taking their time to figure it out between them and that's okay. Everyone has their own pace.

For omegas, when they found their mate, the alpha needed to at least claim them to relieve their omega from hurting (the feeling of emptiness, loneliness) before bonding with them. The fact that Changbin endured 3 years of not being claimed by Minho was a surprise even to himself. There are quite side effects he had obtained along the way but the most noticeable was his irregular heat schedule and the fatigueness.

Alphas didn't know of these effects as the omegas, they never tell them and in their perspective, they look the same to them. This does not harm the omega much, just making them a lot uncomfortable and sensitive. But suffering it for a long time would harm them physically and mentally.

One day while they were practicing and playing around, Minho teased Changbin a lil bit too much and seeing how the alpha was cuddling/headlocking Hyunjin for stealing Jisung's favorite snack as they said, Changbin felt his jealousy flared and tears forming in his eyes.

The day was so stressful for him as it is with 3RACHA so seeing how Felix was there for Channie and Hyunjin for Jisung, he was hoping for Minho, his mate, to be there for him even if it was just some cuddling but no... There he was laughing and making Jisung and Hyunjin laugh instead of him. He loves his pack so much but at times like this, he really just wants his mate to be there for him.

The omega finally snapped at Minho when he teased him again when he heard Jisung say something and Minho's teasing.

"awww is our dwaekki mad?"

"no i'm not..."

"aww binnie-"

"SHUTUP!"

The moment he yelled had really alerted everyone that something was wrong.

"Changbin." Chan said in a lowered voice. A silent warning. He holds Felix even closer to him now. That sight makes Changbin even more upset. He rolled his eyes and attempted to get the tears in his eyes to disappear.

" bin." Minho's posture was tense and his words were also a silent warning for Changbin to look at his attitude. He walked closer to the younger omega hoping to know why his mate was acting like that only for him to get his hands slapped away from Changbin. That shocked him and the others, making the omegas and betas gasp and the alpha growl lowly. Changbin flinched at the warning growls but he still stood and swallowed his whimper.

"Seo Changbin" Minho called his name in surprise. His eyes widened at the sudden attitude of his unclaim omega. Changbin shook his head and bit his lower lip, trying his best not to shed some tears so he just turned around and was about to leave when Minho stopped him.

"bin what the- what's wrong? are you o-"

"shutup! don't act like you suddenly care about me!" Changbin finally voiced out to Minho shocking the alpha even more.

"what the fuck are you on about?! of course i care about you-" Minho was cutted off by Changbin's snort which caused the alpha to be angry but confused at the same time. Not knowing what he did wrong.

" If you really cared about me you would have done so a long time ago" Changbin said with a bitter laughed.

Minho seemed to catch a hint of what Changbin was talking about. But him being him, not knowing how to handle emotion well, he...

"binnie we can talk-"

"Talk?!" screeched Changbin, he turned so quickly that Chan worried he would get a whiplash with how frantic Changbin was.

"Talk?! Are you serious?! Is talking all you can say to me?!" Minho rubbed his temple. What had made Changbin so upset that he snapped this badly?

"Let's talk about this somewhere else bin," Minho said, hoping for the omega to agree but of course not. Changbin pulled out his hand from Minho's grip. Tears started to fall down his pretty face. Minho's heart clenched at the sight.

'Ah... i made him cry again'

Minho had made Changbin cry more than once even before this. He is okay with everyone else but when it comes to his mate, he really couldn't handle how he feels. He couldn't handle how his stomach always flips and his heart beats fast whenever looking at his mate. His beautiful mate Seo Changbin. Minho would turn into a complete fool in his mate's present hence him expressing it by teasing the younger.

He thought he did okay by doing it but then he made Changbin cry more than once with his teasings. Minho would apologize later that night or the next morning by buying him gifts or cuddling with him and letting him sleep with him for the night. But of course, he was still a coward to face on.

And Changbin was a fool in love.

"Hyung i'm tired..." Changbin mumbled those out, clenching Minho's heart even more.

'God i fucked up' Minho thought...

"Bin i-"

"Just what the fuck exactly am i to you?"

"Wha- Bin- of course you are my love" Minho spluttered at the question Changbin threw at him, completely throwing him off guard.

The rest of the pack, their members who were tensely watching them fight slowly started connecting the dots. The alphas were surprisingly first to get it.

'Oh god they are mates' was what both Chan and Jisung thought, glancing at each other with wide eyes.

"Then why- Fuck- Then why won't you claim me?! Fuck hyung i'm tired of this dancing around each other for years... it fucking hurts"

The question that came out of Changbin's mouth paled the other two omegas. Chan had immediately claimed Felix after their first date back then and Jisung had claimed Hyunjin too even though their relationship was more complicated than the aussie's.

Hyunjin had unconsciously clutched Jisung's hands tightly. The alpha flinched but let his mate be, squeezing it back softly to comfort him. Hyunjin of all knows how painful it was to not be claimed at first sight. He saluted the elder for being able to hold on for 3 years without being claimed but I guess this was Changbin's limit.

Minho was frozen on his spot and couldn't do anything but see his beautiful mate crying in front of him and lashing out pent up feelings to him.

"Were you avoiding me? Is that it? Am I not pretty enough hyung? Am I not a good omega to you? Hell you spend more time with the members than me, your mate, and even more with those friends of yours. Especially that one fucking omega that keeps on trying to get into your pants." Changbin was full on crying now.

Everyone gasps at Changbin's words. Confirming to them that he and Minho are mates but Minho seems to be avoiding Changbin From what they got.

Chan and Jisung were definitely seething at this. They were the first ones to be there for Changbin. Chan was the one who took him in before meeting Minho. The pack Alpha's protective instinct was on now. Felix, who was in Chan's hold, held his alpha close. Scared for him to do something stupid without knowing the full story on both sides.

Hyunjin too was holding Jisung now. The younger alpha had growled and his eyes were red like Chan's. The betas are doing their best to calm everyone down. Releasing calming scents for them. It seems to work even a little bit.

'Oh god what have I done. I should have not agreed to meet the guys whenever they asked to hang out , especially when the slut was there god' Minho thought. Everything he had done to Changbin came crashing to him. Finally realizing how much he had hurt his mate all because he wasn't ready to claim him.

Even when he attempted to explain that no, he wasn't avoiding his love, words caught in his throat and wouldn't come out. Changbin on the other hand, is breathtakingly gorgeous in his eyes that no words would describe his beauty in Minho's eyes. Not only that, he is the perfect omega anyone would ever want. The younger members always looked up to him and Minho was terrified of hurting his omega since he adored him too much.

Yet here they are, thanks to a mix of poor luck and miscommunication. Minho couldn't forgive himself for hurting his beloved mate.

"That's not it- Bin i swear-"

"Fuck forget this i can't do this... i can't do this.. Not now" Changbin sobbed in his hands and ran out of their practice room.

Minho was too numb to the fact that his knees buckled and he fell to the ground. Head empty just Changbin' words on repeat.

His greatest fear is beginning to become a reality.
