Probably this is from one of my AU's where Wesker gets reincarnated again in the form of a young boy with his intelligence and powers intact through his DNA, but he cannot remember his previous memories, for what happened between him with Umbrella, S.T.A.R.S and especially Chris Redfield. So, Chris finds him and keeps him under his wing so that he doesn't turn into the same individual the world feared about.
