Ok, so this is a guy named Vorn Tigravermud, and he is the protagonist in a series called Lord Marksman and Vanadis.   Interesting series.

And of course Subaru from Rezero.  If you don't know, he is the protagonist.  Again, Rezero is my all time favorite series.
