So I tried this new technique where you color with marker first and the colored pencils over that. I like it a lot! Since the markers I use are cheap, they streak a lot and don't blend very well. The colored pencils help tremendously with that!

I think I'm going to start doing that more often: outline the drawing, color with markers, color with colored pencils. It just looks so much better! Now my drawings won't look so sketchy and unfinished anymore (hopefully)!
