This blog describes the meaning behind the page of the book. If you guys don't know, this is from the end of the Gravity Falls, Choose your own adventure book. The axolotl says many things that elude to Bill's true feelings. Turns out, I may be right in thinking that Bill regrets tearing apart his own dimension, he is just lying to everyone, including himself, to hide that fact. Sooo...Yeah....
