The last Eevee evolution is Sylveon, the newest addition that came to the Kalos Pokedex in Pokemon X and Y. I like this evolution because it's very unique. Sylveon is a Fairy type, the newest type for Pokemon, and the only way for evolution is using Poke-Amie. In this way, you actually spend time with Eevee so that with love it evolves. It's really cool!
