Okay guys, this is the next evolution of Eevee. These next two are from the Sinnoh Pokedex and not the Hoenn one, which I think is a little strange.

Anyway, Leafeon is unique because of the way you get the evolution. You need Eevee and a mossy grass rock. It's in Eterna Forest in Sinnoh, although I'm not sure about the other regions because many games came out after Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. When you find the rock, level up your Eevee and you'll get a Leafeon!
