Her name is non existent. She erased it so now everyone calls her Doll Eyes, Dollie, or Doll. Her hair is bright pink and her eyes are blue. This might be temporary.

She looks younger because she's meant to be a doll.

I don't have a quirk for her but she's a villain. I'm thinking she's able to make people see their worse nightmares.

She's a good actress. She's like Double Trouble from She-Ra. She only works for the League at a price, and she's pretty fake. Like Toga, Dabi, Twice, compress, Spinner, Magne, Kurogiri, and Shiggi the Ciggi actually care for one another, Dollie doesn't give a damn and is only there for the money. She won't hesitate to call out Ichika and then Riitsu starts defending her and then it becomes a whole fight.

I made her look younger cuz I like to think she's an actress and plays as a high school kid.
