Hihi!! welcome to my art book!! I'll post a drawing in the next chapter, so first, enjoy a Beyblade Burst headcanon of mine!

I headcanon that the real reason why Shu became Red Eye was because after his loss to Lui, he began comparing himself to EVERYONE. And as he compared himself to others, he realised that everyone he knew was improving so much and realised that he might not be the super powerful blader his friends looked up to anymore. Because he didn't want that, he left to get stronger. But when Free beat him, he began worrying. He worried that Free was a much better blader than him, and Valt would replace Shu and make Free his new best friend. That's why Shu joined the Snake Pit. He'd heard of the dangers of being a member, but he wanted to become a better blader so that he wouldn't be replaced.
