So for a valentines special, I'm sharing a tiny piece of a future story. It's a cute shipping moment between two of the characters in the book. Like a one shot, but it's actually part of the book.

"Hey weakling," Lesia said to me.

"You can't really call me that," I replied facing my locker, "you're the weakest in your class, too." I closed my locker and looked at her.

"But I'm strong enough to do this," she waved her hands above her head. I knew any second a big drop of water was going to hit me and get me soaked. It was her favorite trick on me and I can't do anything about it.

But the water evaporated before it touched me. Her eyes widened, "how did you.... what?"

"I didn't do it," I told her. I don't think I did, if I accidentally did it on instinct, then I would know, right?

"I did it," a voice said, "why don't you go pick on someone who can fight back." It was Zach. He was leaning on the wall, watching us.

"Oh, hey Zach," Lesia said shyly, "see you later Tia." Then she turned and left.

Zach walked over to me. I crossed my arms, "I don't need you to protect me, you know," I told him.

"I know," Zach shrugged, "but it's not like you can protect yourself."

"You know fully well that I can," I replied.

"Not in public," He pointed out.

I smiled a little, he knows me. "So? I can take it," I told him, "beside it's not like she's trying to hurt me or take over the world."

"Yeah," he murmured, then added "why does she bother you anyway?"

"She's the weakest person in her water super class, and she doesn't have a lot of friends, so she spends her time around other weaklings who can't protect themselves, so that she feels more powerful," I explained.

"If only she knew that half of the time she was picking on the most powerful fire super ever," Zach smirked.

"Stop it," I warned, "you're going to get me exposed."

"Com'on, Ta, I'm just trying to protect you," He told me.

"Why," I asked.

"You know I care about you," Zach said, Our eyes met, my expression softened. He brushed a piece of my hair out of my face and placed it behind my ear. His hand lingered on my jawline. We stared into each other's eyes for a moment. I could feel our faces getting closer, we were only inches away. Getting closer by the second.

"OMG, Why didn't you tell me," Lesia came back around the corner. We broke apart. Was she spying on us? How much does she know?

"Tell you what," I asked faltered. Does she know that I'm Pony Ta? Is she going to tell everyone?

"That you and Zach are dating," She exclaimed, jumping up and down.

"WHAT?" I looked at Zach, he was blushing.

"I know right, the weakest fire super in school dating the strongest fire super in school," Lesia continued, now I'm blushing, "and in three seconds the whole school is going to be here to video everything!" she looked back at us, "Awww! Both of you guys are blushing!"

Before we could respond, all of a sudden there was a crowd of people surrounding us, with cameras, and Lesia somehow had a microphone.

"So how did you guys meet? When did you start secretly dating," Lesia asked, "have you had your first kiss yet?"

"Uhh... we got to go," I told them. I grabbed his hand and pushed through the crowd dragging him along with me. I held up my watch to my face, "Twilight I need a headquarters get-away." I held on to his hand as we disappeared to safety.

Okay, A couple things that you should know is that they are not dating (yet) and that super is short for superhero, they go to a superhero school, Tia (it's her point of view) and Zach are fire superheros and Lesia is a water superhero. Another thing is when Zach calls Tia "Ta" it's not a writing mistake, it's her nick name from her real superhero name Pony Ta.
