(No, this is not an April-Fools' prank.)

Over the past week, I finished  rereading the book Star Wars: Labyrinth of Evil (since Grievous has 5 or more different personalities and I'm using the one from LoE in TLQ because it's easier to write dialogue [I know I'm a cheater, lol]). That book is super good, and a lead-up to Revenge of the Sith. I'd say something around a third of the book (not exactly counting 😅) is written from Grievous' point of view, and it's the closest we'll get to a novelization of his old backstory. Although the author did not explicitly include mention of Ronderu in there, there are small hints throughout the book that suggest that Grievous has shattered memories of her, especially when it comes to him mulling over his name as the bearer of grief.

(I highly recommend the book. The story is amazing, and I'm sad that it's going to be retconned by the new Clone Wars season. It's probably my favorite Star Wars read next to the RotS novelization.)

Well, I don't know why I wrote three paragraphs about the crap I read, but....tada! *waves hands weakly*
