This is a Heptafly.

They are usually bright and colourful (rarely dull). Their wings come in shades of blue and yellow and their eyes are green, brown, blue or very rarely red, orange or yellow. They always have at least one spot of any size on the centre part of their body. It doesn't have to be on their forhead (like Hamlet's spot up there), but there has to be one. The spots come in many colours.
