Backstory: Galaxy wasn't born this way, she was born as a regular eevee with no special markings or anything, but where she was, eevee were rare. A mean trainer caught her and forcibly dyed her coat different colors, but then released her. She was then taken by one of the evil teams in the games, and she was experimented on for the power of evolution, and how it works. Through this process her eyes changed to match the galaxy colored fur she has, and it also became permanent. She was released, and then caught by a more loving trainer who took care of her and battled with her and performed with her
