Ok so has anyone else noticed that Fanfictions get more reads then books people actually work on Had good quality and is made by them?

I found that very weird and a little annoying because there are books I make on my own with my own ideas but it never gets that many reads. Did anyone else also noticed this? I'm going to try something by posting a Fan fiction and see if it gets more reads then a book I wrote myself.
