So...

Exciting news!

I finally got the liner pens I had ordered, but here's the thing. The first set of liner pens I ordered turned out to be a bit of a mistake.

You see, I ordered Sakura Micron pens, but what I didn't realize was that I'd accidentally ordered the set where each pen is the same size but a different color. What I needed was a set of varying sizes, all black pens. Which I didn't get.

So I had to order yet another set of pens (I made sure to get it right this time) and ended up ordering Ohuhu fine line pens.

When I finally got them, I obviously had to try them out, and what (or in this case who) better to draw than the fictional character I had been obsessed with for quite some time and had been reading fics of all week?

Here's a hint: he's a suicidal maniac who had a dark past and I've been simping over him for years.

Anywho, yup! I drew Dazai Osamu (first time doing so actually).

Now, admittedly, I don't like the way it turned out too much, however, this was after a sort of test for the new pens, and after experimenting with them, it's safe to say that the new sketchbook and pens work splendidly!

It doesn't give the same vibe as the Dazai from the reference picture, but oh well. I still love the suicidal maniac.
