So this chapter is interesting for a couple of reasons. The first reason is that I worked on this card from one of my tarot decks at the same time as working on another Obey Me drawing with my friend. Why did I do that?

It's simple really-

You see, I needed to warm up before I got to work on the Obey Me drawing, and Sparrow (my friend who was working on it with me had something to do before he got started on his own Obey Me drawing). The reason I needed to warm up was because I'd gotten new paint brushes and I needed to get a feel for them before getting down to business.

Now the second reason why this chapter is interesting is because this is a birthday gift to a very dear special friend of mine here in Wattpad. I unfortunately couldn't do anything for her on her birthday, hence this very belated gift. (I hope you like it)!

For my warm up, I asked Sparrow and my other friend Rook to each pick two cards from the Greater Arcana from one of my tarot decks. Based off their choices, I them to choose their favorite card. Sparrow chose Strength and Rook chose The Chariot. As the final step, I asked some of my other friends to vote on which card they thought looked the nicest, and Strength won.

So, my warm up was decided to draw the Strength card.

I probably shouldn't have done that-

I ended up getting too caught up in the Strength card. It was originally supposed to be a quick work, but me being me, I got caught up in the details. And before I knew it, I was trying to make it look as good as I possibly could.

Some time after I first got started on the Strength card, Sparrow was ready to start drawing, so I told him that I'd just work on both things at the same time. This is why I spent over five hours hunched over paper and numerous art supplies-

Just thinking about gives me a headache-

Now, I'd forgotten to take a picture of the sketch, so all you're going to see is the final product.

Now obviously there's a stark difference in quality between the original and mine, but at this point, I can't even bring myself to care-

I'm still terrified of the pain of the project-
