I want everyone to stay safe. Stay strong. There's bad things being said by ignorant people. Don't let them tear you down.

I am, beyond disappointed and terrified of this step back. I always thought the worst of it was over and that most people were safe, or could be. Now I'm not sure anymore.

Stay safe. Stay proud. We did it once, we lived. We can do it again. And this time we have each other. We'll get through this. One day, this will be in a history book, and kids will only have read about it and never have to know what it's like to be afraid of who you are.

One day, we will make it. We will all be safe. Everyone will be equal. These fights will not last forever. Don't let them bring you down before we make it. Because when we all come out on the other side, together. It will be amazing. And you will not want to miss that.
