Based off something the character Enid in 'O.K. K.O. Let's Be Heroes' wore once. I added a few things to it, but the main inspiration does come from there (and yes I free handed this background rose, which I am super proud of).😂

The name Alice is the name of a character I had in mind to wear it while I was drawing this. I really love this one and how it came out ❤️
