ANYWAYS! the story in the musical is basically:

Emma wants to bring her girlfriend..to the prom. and her high school in indiana despises the idea and they cancel the prom, telling her "NO!"

So these four broadway stars find out about it and they decide to go and help Emma out, and she's gotta deal with the PTA (her girlfriends' mother being the main PTA president? person.)

So...shit happens. and ye. 

BUT YEA i wanna make an au with it with either ruby n flower or taco n lollipop but IDK WHO.......

(songs on the top? Just Breathe and Dance With You......

just breathe is a huge mood, and dance with you is a gay anthem)

and on the bottom, well, spoiler alert, but they eventually bring the prom back, but with a twist.

They host the prom at a party place nearby, and they have one at the school gym. Everyone goes to the place, and Emma? she's told that its in the gym. 

and she walks in, finding...no one. 

a gays only event, as they called it.

she calls her girlfriend(Alyssa!) and she didn't know about it until Emma told her...and she feels AWFUL. Emma asks why she couldn't be there with her, or go over to her, and Alyssa, in tears, tells her that her controlling mother was there and she wouldn't let her go.

and the last line before the act ends?

"have fun at the normal persons prom..."

ANYWAYS!! Please go listen to this musical! Im so GLAD i got to see it before it closes in august, so!!!

Emma - either Ruby or Taco

Alyssa - either Flower or Lollipop

Mrs. Green (Alyssa's mother) - hmm...Book would work for both. 

Kaylee and Shelby, Alyssa's "bff's"  - Match n Pencil....or Saw and Gaty.........

and i still gotta figure out Dee Dee, Barry, Angie and Trent!!! those funky broadway stars.
