So I was doing my Geometry homework which included a Pythagorean Spiral project. We had to construct a spiral shape made from triangles. After we did 17 triangles and did the math for the length of the hypotenuse, we had to color it in and make it look nice. And at the time, I was listening to the music of an animatic of Kestin Howard singing Evermore from Beauty and the Beast, and the animatic was a Celestial/god AU where two characters represented night and day so I got this idea and drew it for my spiral.

Haha boy, that took me forever to draw. First the triangle drawing, then the math, then the coloring and it amounted to 2-3 hours of work. So yay. Also, I know the moon is extremely close to the barrier between day and night, but it's because in the animatic the man who was the moon fell in love with the girl who was the sun and she loves him. But, as much as he wishes they could be together, they can't. The sun knows this and tries to keep to her duty but the moon tries to break it, trying to stay close to the sun for evermore.
