«Ender's P.O.V.»

After few minutes filled with excitement, we finally found a ravine. It was full of water and lava. So I need to be careful.

"Ender.. This is not a good idea.. Its too risky.." Ree complained, as she scanned the whole place.

It was filled with deadly water and lava, ores, mobs, and darkness.

"Nah.. Its fine." I ignored as I start to walk away. With sparkles in my eyes and determination in my soul, my fear was ignored like it was not a big deal.

We went pass by few zombies, skeletons and cave spiders. We met a creeper also named Boomer, I flashed a welcoming smile but Ree doesn't, its like that she doesn't care about the other creepers.

I shrugged it off as we continue venturing to the ravine deeper.

"Ender?" She called, making me look at her. Her yellowish brown eyes were slightly covered by her green hair, her face shows fear but I found it cute.

"ENDER!" She shouted as she slap me gently.

"W-wh-what?!" I stuttered as I snapped back to reality.

A blush was covering her cheeks. I can see it even if its dark.

"L-look.. Don't stare at me.. Its kinda creepy.." Her blush grows wider as she closed her eyes, I flinched as I felt my face heats up.
"O-oh.. S-sorry.." I sheepishly apologized as I looked away.

"By the way.. This is the end of the ravine.." She mumbled, pointing to a stone wall. I just realized that and felt my determination was wasted.

"W-what?! NOO!! This is the end?!" I whined as I approached the wall. "We haven't even found a single player to kill, and this is the end?!"

"Woah, chill Ender. I have an idea." I look at her and saw her holding a TNT. I got surprised when she throw it towards the wall but good thing I teleported away from that explosion but near her.

As the smoke cleared up, a hole to the other side appeared on the wall since it was blasted by her TNT.

"There. All done." She showed a charming smile as she walks in the hole.
"WHAT WAS THAT FOR? YOU ALMOST PUT MY LIFE IN TROUBLE!" I complained as she look at me with a smile.

"I'm helping you find a player, silly-" A cobweb grab her, and pull her upwards, she screamed in shock, as I rushed to the hole.

In the other side, it was filled with cobwebs, there were dead players trapped in those sticky mess. I looked up and saw Ree in a spider's arms.

"Fufufufufu.. Trespassers!" The spider mob hissed as she attempts to bite Ree. Who screamed in terror and begging for mercy.

"Let her go!" I shouted as the spider looked at me with her red eyes. Her eyes widens in the reason that I don't know. She let go of Ree, but was stuck in the cobwebs.

"An enderman, I see.." She chuckled as she went down in front of me. "Its been ages since I saw someone like you."

"Look, I don't know what your deal is but just let her go so this conversation will go to the peaceful way.." I stated firmly as I felt my purple eyes shine harshly.

"Fufufufufu.. I never see two different mobs have a deep relationship to each other.." She chuckled as I heard Ree's silent sobs.

"Of course, I will let her go.. But it won't be for free.." She said with greed in her tone.

"What? What free?" I asked, confused about her point. She just rolled her eyes and crossed her arms with a sly smile.

"You will pay me, dumbass. Its just a little fee." She answered as she showed a cardboard she got out of nowhere.

It shows:

1000000 coal ore blocks
or
2000 iron ingots/blocks
or
300 gold ingots/ 600 golden nuggets
or
400 emerald blocks
or
1 diamond block

Holy crap.. This girl is greedy as fuck.
I'm devastated when I look in my inventory and only see 399 emerald blocks that I stole from that 'rich' villager.
And hell no, I won't give her my precious diamond block!

"A little?! That's not a little!" I protested as she just chuckled.

"Well then, let's make our deal more cheaper." She snapped her fingers as I heard Ree screamed in pain. I looked up and saw the cobwebs around her tightens as she keeps on whimpering.

"Ree!" I called her name, worried and angry to the spider. I look back at the girl and saw her smiling evilly.

"As the price goes down, the cobwebs tightens also. Its fair, right?" She said, deviously. I gritted my teeth as I glared at her.

"Oww come on Romeo, won't you save your Juliet?!" She added, teasing me. I was filled with rage and found out that the price for the emeralds and the diamond didn't changed.

I looked at Ree who was still whimpering in pain, struggling to get a TNT on her pocket. But she can't since the cobwebs are too tight.

I have no choice so I sighed. I grabbed the diamond block and lifelessly give it to the spider.

Her face changed into a confused one as she scanned my expression.

"W-what?"

"Now. Let. Her. Go." I demanded as she snapped her fingers, then Ree fell down and good thing I catch her.

She have multiples wounds and small slashes. She looked at me and smiled giving the cue that she was ok.

"I'm so sorry Ree.. I will never let anyone hurt you ever again.." She just smiled as she cuddled. I blushed as I saw a hand handing the diamond block, I look at that person and saw the spider.

"Here!" She stated as she throw the block in front of me.

"I never saw anyone do that just for their friend.." She softly said as she looked at her victims. "They're all greedy even the mobs.. So I'm lucky to have a victim like you two.."

"WAIT.. YOU'RE JUST GIVING THAT BACK AFTER YOU HURT REE?!" I shouted with rage, but like a kid. "How could you!"

"So Ree is the creeper's name huh?" She approached us and checked her. "Don't worry. I'll treat her wounds. I know about healing and health stuffs after all.."

"You hurt her then you will heal her? Do you lost your mind?" I grumbled as she pouted and stomped her feet like a kid.

"Look. I was inspired about how you care about your partner. So I realized that it was a mistake hurting her and I want to be your friend.." She mumbled as she twiddled her thumbs.

I blushed at the word 'partner'..

"I would be glad for a new friend!" Ree suddenly outburst making me shocked. I looked at her and she was looking at the spider with a welcoming smile.

"What??" I asked.

"Really?!" The spider flashed a smile.

"Yeah. Maybe you did that to test your victims' friendship. And you'll be a great friend.." Ree said with an appreciating smile..

I don't know what's happening right now since it was escalated so quickly..

The spider almost killed Ree and now they're friends?!

What's wrong with the world today?

I put Ree down as the spider healed her wounds with some advance potion.

"What's your name? I'm Ree and that's Ender." Ree introduced ourselves with optimism in her tone.

I looked at the two and saw the spider with a smile.

"I'm Muffet. Nice to meet you."

And so, our friendship with her began..
