~June 1st (7 am)~

Emily woke up in Sean's arms. She whimpered as she felt the pit in her stomach grow stronger and more intense. Sean placed his hand on her stomach as her whimpers simmered down to a whine.

"You okay honey?" Sean asked her. She shook her head as tears emerged from her eyes. Sean knew something wasn't right. He gently stood up, holding Emily in his arms. Emily started to cry as Sean held her close. Emily was very tired, seeing she only got 5 hours of sleep. Emily yawned, laying her head down on Sean's shoulder. Sean slowly walked upstairs, putting Emily to bed. Emily laid in bed and got comfortable in her sheets and blankets.Sean kissed her forehead and turned on the baby monitor so he could hear if she needed anything. Emily slept soundly.

~Meanwhile...~

Sebastian woke up in [Y/N]'s arms. He nuzzled his face in her neck. [Y/N] smiled, sitting up with Sebastian in her arms.

"Morning honey." She told him. Sebastian rubbed his eyes.

"Morning Mommy." He yawned. "Can I go back to sleep?" He asked.

"Sure, but you'll need to sleep in your own bed." Sebastian nodded as [Y/N] took him to his room and put him in bed. She kissed his forehead and closed the door. Sebastian tried not to cry as he walked over to Emily's bed and sat on it. He got under her covers and hugged her tightly. Emily woke up and hugged him. Sebastian started to cry.

"Emmi...." He cried. Emily rubbed her eyes.

"Sabbie?" Sebastian cried harder.

"I'm okay Sabbie....I'm okay...." Her eyes drooped from being extremely tired.

"You promise..?" He sniffled. Emily sniffed.

"I can't..." 

"Please promise..." 

"....I promise...." Emily held back tears as Sebastian tried to stop crying.

"Go back to sleep Sabbie, I'll be fine." Emily kissed Sebastian's forehead and wiped his tears.

"Are you sure?" Emily nodded.

"O-okay..I love you Emmi..." Emily smiled weakly. 

"I love you too Sabbie."

Sebastian sniffled again before he got up from Emily's bed and went to his bed and quickly fell asleep. Emily got up from her bed and walked over to him. She kissed his forehead before going into Sean's room. Sean went out to the shop to get some over-the-counter  medicine for Emily and got some extra stuff for [Y/N]. Emily walked into [Y/N] and looked at [Y/N]. [Y/N] looked up from her phone and waved for Emily to come in. 

"How do you feel Emmi?" She asked as Emily climbed onto the bed. 

"I don't feel better...." Emily sat on [Y/N]'s lap.

"What's bothering you?" She asked.

"My tummy.." 

[Y/N] texted Sean.

R:  Hey!

S: Hey! What's up?

R: Can you pick up some ginger ale and some medicine to soothe an upset stomach.

S: Sure. Do you have any specifics? 

R: Like what?

S: Pills? Liquid? Children's medicine?

R: Um..hold on.

"Can you swallow pills honey?" Emily nodded.

R: Children's medicine in pill form. If you can't get pills get liquid.

S: Any specific flavor?

R: Cherry or Grape

S: Okay. I'll be home soon.

R: Okay. Be safe. 

S: Of course. Love you.

R: Love you too. 

[Y/N] put her phone down and held Emily close.

"You'll be okay honey. You'll be okay." She kissed Emily's cheek. Emily nodded. Emily laid down on [Y/N]'s lap and yawned. [Y/N] rubbed Emily's stomach gently, allowing her muscles to relax. Emily slowly fell asleep. [Y/N] heard a knock at the door. She carefully got up and opened it. She saw Sebastian.

"Hey honey! You okay?" She asked. Sebastian nodded. [Y/N] picked him up and brought him to the bed. She held him close.

Emily pulled the blankets over her and cuddled up underneath them. 

~Meanwhile....~

Sean got 3 children's medicines and 2 small bottles of ginger ale. He payed for the medications and drove home. He pulled into his apartment and unlocked the door. He walked upstairs with the ginger ale and the medicine. Sebastian looked up at him as he walked into the room. Sean walked over to [Y/N] and kissed her. 

"I got the medicine and the ginger ale." [Y/N] nodded. [Y/N] got up with Sebastian in her arms and brought him into Sean's recording room and let him play a game. Sean sat on the bed, next to Emily. He shook her gently. She whined softly as she sat up.

"C'mere honey." Sean picked her up carefully. 

"You okay?" Emily rubbed her eyes.

"Yeah..." 

"I got some medicine for you." Emily nodded. Sean stood up with her in his arms and walked into the bathroom. He measured out one of the medicines and gave it to her.

"Daddy~..." Emily whined at the smell of the liquid.

"Emmi, I know it smells bad but please take it."

She whined before quickly swallowing the liquid, gagging in the process. Sean reached under the counter and got the heating pad.He put it on her stomach and turned it to a low setting. He pulled a bottle of ginger ale out of the bag.

"If your stomach hurts or you feel like you're gonna throw up, tell me, so you can drink this."

"Does it taste good?" Emily looked at Sean awaiting his answer.

"Umm, In my eyes it does, but you'd have to taste it to know for sure." Sean poked her nose making her smile. [Y/N] came in the room with Sebastian half-asleep. She sat on the bed with Sebastian in her arms. Emily hugged Sebastian as she fell back asleep.Sean tucked them underneath the covers, letting them sleep. Sean picked [Y/N] up and sat in his office chair with her on his lap. She kissed him.

"And how are you doing?" He smiled as his blue eyes sparkled. 

"I'm good~, 'wish Emily felt better though." She looked back at the twins.

"She'll be fine. She's a boss after all." 

"Can I ask you something?" She asked. 

"Shoot." 

[Y/N] moved Sean's hand to the side of her stomach and held it there.

"Do you feel the baby kicking?" 

Sean nodded. It was a faint kick but it was still feelable. Sean smiled.

"One step closer." He kissed her.

"One step closer"

A/N: Sorry for the extreme lack of updates. School has been a big weight on my creativity. I have been jotting down ideas for new stories and for the second book. Just know I am still here! I'M NOT DEAD!
