I walked through the hallways with my current peerage members behind me.

Y/n: "It seems we are missing Ahri, Eucliwood, Heracles and Astarte. I'll go after Ahri. Amagi, you go get me Heracles and Eucliwood. Akagi, Kaga. You two go look for Astarte with Kama"

Kama: "Why me?"

Y/n: "Because I said so"

She pouted while I turned to the group of supreme supernatural beings.

Y/n: "In two weeks"

Sirzechs: "In two weeks. Seeing as you are motivated to win, I'll be cheering you on"

Y/n: "Even if I'm against your sister?"

Sirzechs: "Just be easy on her"

Y/n: "I'll try"

He leaves while Azazel grabs a bottle.

Azazel: "I think I'll stick to being here for today"

Y/n: "You go get me Rossweisse"

Azazel: "*sighs* I knew you'd send me to do something. Fine"

Y/n: "Take it with you as a bribe. Onto other matters, I must go to Beelzebub's"

I jump a bit as Serafall was right next to me with an overjoyed smile.

Serafall: "I can take you!!"

Y/n: ".. Sure"

Ophis: "I'll come along"

Y/n: "Under the condition you stop your harem adventures"

Ophis: "Your harem is large enough I guess"

Y/n: "I want it to end. I don't want one!!"

Ophis: "The bloodline-"

Y/n: "It will continue with whomever I want"

Ophis: "Exactly, I'm just making the list"

I bonk her over the head as I grab my wife by the arm.

Y/n: "Let's just get going"

I open a gate that immediately switches Ophis' clothes to something more safe.

Ophis: "What's up with this?"

Y/n: "I'm going to do something I wouldn't normally do. I'd like to walk to the Hyoudou house"

Serafall: "Issei's?"

Y/n: "Yes. I need to talk with him but I foolishly put it away for later. I'll bring him along with us"

Serafall: "We could just teleport there"

Y/n: "You're right but I did owe you a date, didn't I?"

Serafall: "Huh?"

Y/n: "I set up some food stalls and created a parade in my father's name when I was still somewhat capable of working before passing out. I'll take to them since they are on the way. What do you say?"

She got super happy and threw herself onto me.

Serafall: "Thank you!!"

I sighed as I felt I had done something I might regret later, but choose to face it when that day comes.

Y/n: "Come"

Ophis: "I see. I'll play the daughter roll then~"

Y/n: "I don't like the sound of that"

Serafall: "We are technically a family now"

She jokingly said as Ophis took both of our hands dragged us out of the house.

As we arrive at the doors, we are immediately met by the celebrations. The statues of Mother, Alter and Father were decorated with flowers at their feet. Signs were held up with praise for the heroes that had fallen in the previous war and plans for new ones were on the way. This time, Irisviel and Nobu would be placed near them.

Ophis: "Pretty"

Serafall: "Shall we check the booths?"

Y/n: "Pick the one you want to check out first"

We walked together as the gazes of my people were full of surprises. Some question when I had a child and who was the beautiful young lady beside me. I paid their chatter no mind as I wanted to dedicate this time to Serafall since I owed her this much.

Serafall: "Y/n!! Look"

She pulled us over to a shooting booth were many prizes were being displayed. Among them were a dragon, a little plushie of myself.. why? Teddy bears of course among other stuffed animals.

Y/n: "I'd like to take a crack at it"

The man gave me a toy rifle as I focused on the targets. I hit bull's eyes with every shot until the gun had emptied it's pellets.

Man: "For our king, 2 prizes"

I point to a smiling golden dragon and a small bear with a heart with the words "I love you beary much".

Ophis: "For me?"

Serafall: "Thank you"

The two had slightly different reactions as Ophis was more confused about the sudden gift while Serafall seemed overjoyed.

Y/n: "From me to you two"

I didn't think much of it as I observed to see what other booths looked promising.

Man: "Seems you are someone very important to our king?"

He said while whispering to Serafall.

Serafall: "He.. means a lot to me too"

Y/n: "Sera, let's go to that one over there. I've never tried Takoyaki"

Ophis: "I'll have some as well!!"

Ophis ran up to me and took my hand as I open a gate, dropping a bag of money into the palm of my hand.

Y/n: "Take this. Don't just take things. Pay"

Ophis: "*sighs* Alright"

I turn around to see that Serafall was just standing.

Y/n: "What's wrong?"

Serafall: "Oh.. nothing"

She snapped out of it and caught up to us as her face showed that she hadn't gotten over whatever she was thinking about previously.

Y/n: "What is it?"

Serafall: "It's just you've always called me by my name that hearing you call me anything but it was.."

Y/n: "Sorry. Did it trouble you?"

Serafall: "N-No!! I.. I liked it actually"

Y/n: "You did? Well then, I guess I'll just have to call you that when it's just us don't I? Wife~"

I tried teasing her a bit as a chuckle escapes me. It seemed to work as Serafall's went red with embarrassment.

Serafall: "That's not fair!!"

She was pouting a bit before laughing a bit later.

Ophis: "Takoyaki!!"

I look at the bag and chuck it to her. She catches it with ease as I decide to splurge on her as well.

Y/n: "This is your allowance, use it wisely"

She nods after inspecting it.

When we arrived, Ophis immediately laid the pouch, containing roughly 100,000 in cash onto the table.

Ophis: "I'd like to spend this on your Takoyaki"

Owner: "THAT'S WAY TOO MUCH!!"

Ophis extended her hand to me.

Y/n: "What?"

Ophis: "I'm going to need more for the other booths"

Y/n: "JUST BUY A FEW AND KEEP THE REST!!"

Ophis: "He's paying then"

I facepalm as Serafall orders for the 3 of us.

Ophis: "Delicious. Give me yours"

Y/n: "No"

She disappeared back to the booth and immediately dropped the pouch again.

Ophis: "I'd like to waste this here"

Owner: "THAT'S STILL TOO MUCH!!"

Y/n: "Get back here you old dragon hag!!"

I chase after her as Serafall enjoys the atmosphere.

Serafall: "It feels like.. there isn't anything to worry about. I'd wish for things to be like this everyday"

She turns around to see the King of Kuoh arguing with the Dragon of Infinity on how much she should spend. He follows it up with a soft bonk to the head and teaching her how to use her money.

Serafall: "*chuckles* He cares so much for everyone"

As she sat back on a bench, she noticed an individual who was sitting down already.

Serafall: "Sorry, is this spot taken? I can move-"

??: "It's okay, you can sit"

Serafall: "Thank you. Are you enjoying the festivities?"

??: "It's quite the beautiful experience. Fitting fot the King of Kuoh"

Serafall: "Lots of gold right? *giggles*"

??: "Of course"

She noticed the man was covering his face with a mask but his eyes were visible. He had purple eyes and was staring at the statues of Gilgamesh and Tiamat.

Serafall: "You have an interest in the two? Y/n did say he was releasing more stories on them for historians"

??: "Quite interested. You speak to him by first name?"

Serafall: "We are close"

??: "Hm.. Interesting"

The young man leaned back onto the bench as Serafall noticed a book right next to him.

Serafall: "Sorry, was I disturbing your reading?"

??: "No, I love reading but.. I'd like to consider myself a writer more than anything"

Serafall: "You do? My sister loves reading"

??: "A fellow reading enthusiasts. Good to hear"

He smiles as he brings his book out and writes something.

??: "This is indeed the ideal world I wish to write about. Y/n's quite the lucky one if I may say so"

Serafall: "The ideal world?"

?? 2: "Master"

A girl in a sort of military outfit arrives behind him and taps his shoulder.

??: "I believe it's time for me to leave. I enjoyed your company"

He gets up and gives Serafall a bow before turning.

??: "Please, say hello to Gilgamesh's vessel for me-"

A man accidentally bumps into Serafall which distracts her momentarily.

Serafall: "Wait-"

??: "Serafall"

She quickly turns back but the man was gone.

Serafall: "I never.. gave him my name and how does he know that?"

Y/n: "You are an idiot sometimes"

Ophis came back with a bag full of takoyaki bento.

Ophis: "Thanks for the meals"

Y/n: "YOU SPENT A QUARTER OF YOUR BUDGET!!!"

Ophis: "It's okay. You can resupply it"

Y/n: "You are out of control!!"

We arrive to Serafall's side after arguing with this child on how much she should spend.

Y/n: "Sorry for.."

She seemed confused and was looking in the opposite direction. I tapped her in the shoulder to snap her out of it and succeeded.

Y/n: "You alright?"

Serafall: "Yea just.. nevermind. How was- Did she spend a quarter of her budget?"

Y/n: "Precisely"

Ophis: "Take me to another booth"

Y/n: "*sighs* At this pace, she'll spend her money on the first 4 vending stalls"

After accepting that she wasn't going to change, I turn to Serafall and extend a hand out to help her up.

Y/n: "Come on, we still got some more spots to hit up before we return to picking up Ahri"

Serafall took my hand and immediately wrapped her arms around mine.

Serafall: "Is this okay with you?"

Y/n: "I don't mind it"

We continue visiting each food and gaming stalls until the Hyoudou house was visible.

Y/n: "We are leaving now"

Ophis: "I still haven't gone to all of them"

Y/n: "Another time. Plus, you already spent your money 3 stalls ago"

After leaving the people behind, Ophis changed back to her regular clothes and I switched to my Caster form.

Y/n: "You think they are home?"

*blast*

Y/n: "Nevermind"

We arrive at the doorsteps and knock. After waiting for someone to come to the front door, Xenovia opens it and let's us in.

Xenovia: "Y/n, what brings you here?"

Y/n: "I forgot to discuss some things with Issei and his dragon gauntlet earlier. I want to bring him along with me and these two"

Xenovia: "Oh, let me get him then"

She brings us to the living room as she takes off.

Serafall: "Pardon me, I'll go look for the restroom"

Ophis: "I'll come with you"

Serafall: "Why?"

Ophis: "I'd like to use it as well"

Serafall: "O.. kay?"

The two leave as I sit back onto the couch with a wine-holding Grail from my gate.

Y/n: "*sip* Seems Hyoudou has done well for himself. The house is a lot bigger than I expected"

Akeno: "Y/n?"

Y/n: "Hm? Oh Ake-"

Y/n: ".. no"

She walked out of what seemed like a bathroom infront of me.

I turn away and close my eyes.

I was just about to lose my composure just now. I had to fight with every ounce of my sanity to avoid pouncing like a damn animal in heat.

I could hear some clothes ruffling as I thought it was her simply changing. She did have her clothes in her arms after all.

I open my eyes and find her wearing some casual clothes.

Akeno: "Seems like it was a bad time to hop out of the shower?"

Y/n: "Sorry for the sudden intrusion"

She sat down next to me as I noticed a strong scent coming from her. It wasn't bad, rather it was the opposite.

Akeno: "What brings you here?"

Y/n: "Issei actually. Himejima"

Akeno: "My last name?"

Y/n: "That tournament Sirzechs spoke about, I saw the Himejima name in the list of participants and not under the Gremory peerage"

Akeno: "Suzuka Himejima I assume is the name?"

I nod as she smiles happily.

Akeno: "That is my cousin. She is the current head of the Himejima clan. I wonder why she's taking part of this tournament?"

Y/n: "Is there something odd about it?"

Akeno got up and looked to get a tea pot on the table.

Since the two of us got up in a rush, I ended up bumping into her as we both fell back to the couch.

Xenovia: "I bring you Issei and Rias-"

The 3 walk in at the worst possible time.

Rias: "Oh wow.. Didn't think the King of Kuoh would be interested in one of my peerage members"
