Reality shatters around us again as Kartikeya drops back and abuses his delayed attacks on me. I avoid them with the help of my Clairvoyance and shoot swords in his direction. I continue analyzing his every move as does he. I smirk a bit which seems to upset him.

Kartikeya: "Your heart is mine!!"

He rushes in as do I. I jump upwards and bring down my blade to his. 

Y/n: "If I didn't know any better, I'd say you're enjoying this a little too much?"

Kartikeya: "What makes you say that?"

Y/n: "You're smiling"

Just as I say that, Kartikeya acknowledged the face he was making. 

Kartikeya: "Guess I am"

I shove him backwards and let my guard down, giving him a wide open opportunity. He takes his chance and is mere seconds away from plunging his sword into my chest. However, at the last second, he felt something odd. It was TOO easy of a target. Why would he just willingly give himself up?

Kartikeya: "What could he be possibly-"

That's when he sensed an incredible amount of bloodlust coming from behind.

Kartikeya: "Dammit!!"

He evaded skillfully as a scythe nearly took him down.

Y/n: "You must tone it down a bit, or else they'll notice it"

At his side, the Queen of Kuoh arrived. She nodded in response to the King's words of wisdom while the two looked over to their tough opponent.

Y/n: "He isn't going to be easy, but I know we won't lose to anyone"

She pulls out a talisman and puts it around her neck. It glows for a bit before sinking into her skin.

Y/n: "All done?"

Eucliwood: "Done"

It was one of the talisman that Ahri had been working on that allowed Eucliwood to speak normally without her powers triggering. That said, she could active them whenever she wants.

Kartikeya: "You two done?"

Y/n: "Definitely"

I extend a hand to Eucliwood as a smile forms on my face.

Y/n: "Let me show you a little something we were working on"

She grabs my hand as I spin and launch her straight at Kartikeya.

Kartikeya: "You really-?"

He looks at his side to see swords fired. He jumps back and avoids them while deflecting Eucliwood's scythe attack.

Y/n: "That's not the only one"

I appear before him and slash his stomach while Eucliwood manages to get him from the back. He attempts to stop time but I cut it down before he can active it again. Eucliwood propels herself forward but misses from Kartikeya evading. He attempts to cut her down mid air but I catch his wrist and let go of Empyrean Musashi.

Kartikeya: "You fool!! You let go-"

Thats because Eucliwood caught the blade and used my extended arm to stop launch herself from above, downwards.

Eucliwood: "Musashi!!"

She strikes him across the chest before I pull him my way and punch him in the stomach. I knee him throw him upwards as Eucliwood threw her scythe at his back and rushed forward with the katana in hand. She cut him once, however, multiple cuts followed after when she sheathed the blade.

I rushed in and took her scythe out of Kartikeya's back before we nodded, deciding to double team him.

Kartikeya: "ENOUGH!!!"

He used his timestop skill once again and disappeared. 

Eucliwood: "Cancel!!!"

His world shatters as he is returned back before he's able to attack one of us.

Y/n: "That won't be working again~"

We sprint and cut him from opposite sides of where he blocks. He was constantly being cut, punched, kicked or pushed back while not being able to do a thing. Kartikeya threw a punch towards Eucliwood but I catch it with Enkidu. Eu counters with a slash upwards while I use her scythe to deliver multiple cuts to his back. She evades to the side as I jump up and bring my leg up.

Y/n: "I learned this from Mordred"

I quick away with a powerful kick while Eucliwood comes over to my side.

Eucliwood: "Any idea on how to eliminate him?"

Y/n: "I got a few"

Kartikeya rises from the ground, signs of exhaustion all over his face.

Kartikeya: "So you aren't a damsel in distress after all?"

Y/n: "I thought her a thing or two"

Eucliwood pulls out her key and punches it into the space, allowing it to open 10 different gates.

Y/n: "That too~"

*BOOM*

We all look out in the distance as a bright light covered the sky and area ahead.

Kartikeya: "What?"

Eucliwood: "Can you see what that is?"

Y/n: "That's Origin Alter"

A smile forms on my face as eliminations are announced.

Amagi had a nervously sweating while pointing the rifle in front of her.

Amagi: "..."

The reality of the situation regarding the 5 eliminated combatants was as so. Amagi was being pinned into a corner by Suzuka who was the one giving chase. Once cornered, Amagi waited until the right moment to shoot Origin Alter and pulled the trigger. Luckily, the shot hit her opponent. However, unknown to her, she fired a bit too much of it and took out all the fighters in the path behind Suzuka.

Bikou: "I WAS ELIMINATED ON ACCIDENT?! I WANT A RETRY!!"

Bikou was flabbergasted while arguing with one of the officials to be let back in the competition. Beside him was the Celtic warrior, Cu Chulainn who was rubbing the back of his neck.

Cu: "*sighs* Well that was unfortunate. Wouldn't you agree?"

The spear warrior looked down to see Fenrir laying down next to him with a almost annoyed expression on its face. it huffed as it looked away.

Cu: "Couldn't agree with you more"

Cu Chulainn laid back on the chair while the official bonked Bikou over the head with a book of rules.

Suzuka: "Hahaha!! Well, wouldn't you guess it? That thing hurt pretty bad"

Suzuka Gozen was patched up and beaten up after having hit with a powerful blast head on.

Ryouma: "Well, that's it for us too then, right Oryou?"

Oryou: "Frogs"

She gave him two peace signs while floating in the air to his right.

Ryouma: "Yeah, I got it. Let's go"

She looked at the rifle carefully as it slowly began to power down once more.

Amagi: "I've already shot it before, but how did I make it fire a more powerful attack like that?"

Amagi shook her head and got back up from the ground. She looked up to see the eliminations.

Amagi: "D-Did I really just eliminate that many people?"

She was surprised to see that she was now on the top 5 leader board for eliminations in the tournament alongside the King of Kuoh and other strong warriors.

Amagi: "I.. I'll take it I suppose"

She cautiously moved around while keeping an eye out for anything that can be a threat.

Amagi: "Got to look for any allies and friends for the time being. Seeing as my sisters got eliminated fairly early, I'll probably have to handle scouting"

She walks into the denser area of the forest, in route to the middle of thr arena where she believes everyone in the competition will be heading towards.

Kartikeya: "Seems like an invention of yours?"

Y/n: "Possibly"

Kartikeya gets up and dusts himself.

Kartikeya: "I can still fight"

Y/n: "What a coincidence, so can I"

I look over to Eucliwood who nods.

Eucliwood: "The talisman will stay on for another 10"

Y/n: "Good"

Kartikeya and I notice something odd and immediately cut down to misses seeking like arrows.

Kartikeya: "Hm. Looks like we were both targeted?"

I had shielded Eucliwood who hadn't noticed it and release her.

Y/n: "Don't they know that it isn't nice to get in between a duel?"

From the trees, Sasaki Kojiro and Tametomo drop down, followed by another.

Y/n: "I expected better Kojiro"

Sasaki: "My apologies Lord Y/n. It seems that Tametomo here was anxious to get in a battle with you to measure his own strength"

Tametomo: "Lady Amaterasu holds you in quite the high regard. I wanted to test you a bit and myself"

Y/n: "And what foolish reason made you want to test me?"

Tametomo: "To see if Lady Amaterasu was right in favoring you, an outsider over her own children"

Y/n: "*slow build up chuckle* FUHUHAHAHAHAAA!!!"

I begin to laugh to myself hysterically as I cover my face with the palm of my hand.

Tametomo: "What is so funny King of Kuoh?"

He sounded serious as I began to calm myself down.

Y/n: "So you're doing this.. you're throwing a tantrum.. over jealousy because the Prince of Heroes has taken the attention away from little Tametomo's mommy?! FUHUHAHAHAHAAA!!!"

That seemed to have snapped whatever calmness the Shinto warrior had and directed his anger directly at the King. He charged full throttle as Sasaki Kojiro simply sighed and turned to Kartikeya.

Sasaki: "I guess it's you and me?"

Kartikeya: "I guess so"

??: "Sasaki'

The swordsman looked back to the individual in the back and bowed a bit.

Sasaki: "Yes?"

??: "I'd like a minute with him"

She walked past him and bowed to show respect to the son of Shiva.

Tamamo: "Child of Parvati and Shiva, I am Tamamo No Mae, daughter of Amaterasu and oldest of my sisters"

Kartikeya: "Seems like you're one easy to talk with. State your business"

Sasaki immediately pulls out a blanket for her to sit on while taking out some items to brew tea from a backpack he had.

Kartikeya: "Isn't he quite handy?"

Tamamo: "Most reliable guard in our barracks. Please, have a seat"

Sasaki pulls out another blanket for the Hindu God to sit on as the two of them ignore the battle taking place around them. Tamamo notices Eucliwood and the rest and calls them to come over.

Tamamo: "Queen of Kuoh, please have a seat with us as well"

Eucliwood: "Oh, thank you"

Taira walks over to Tamamo's side and looks over at Tametomo and Y/n's battle with a bit of confusion.

Taira: "Should we really be discussing right now?"

Eucliwood: "Are we having a meeting at this moment?"

Kartikeya: "Seems like it to me.. Apologies for how rough I was Queen of Kuoh. He was my number one target so I had to get his attention somehow"

Eucliwood: "This is combat. You simply did what you had to do so it's fine"

She motions X to come forward as she kneels down beside her.

Eucliwood: "I hope you all don't mind my representative being here with me in Y/n's stead"

Tamamo: "Of course not. King Arthur is one of the finest warrior kings of all after all"

X: "I am X, I will be representing Kuoh alongside Eucliwood"

Tamamo: "Now that we're gathered here, I'd like to commence by saying that I am here in behalf of my mother, Amaterasu and the Shinto pantheon. I'd like to extend an olive branch to your pantheon and kingdom. I've heard you both have been having some troubles?"

Kartikeya: "That damn Indra doesn't know when to stop sometimes"

Eucliwood: "Goetia is still a problem"

Tamamo: "We'd like to officially join forces with the two of you-"

Tametomo: "DIE KING OF KUOH!!"

Y/n: "You need a lot more than that scrap of steel!!"

*explosions*

The group look over to see the warriors clash before throwing their weapons and going into a fist fight.

Tamamo: "Join forces with you in an alliance"

Kartikeya: "Well, I'm not the one in charge of that. That would be my father.. but given how loyal I've heard your pantheon is when offering an alliance, I doubt he'd be opposed to it"

Eucliwood: "I heard Y/n already has some sort of agreement with Lady Amaterasu"

Tamamo: "R-Right.."

She looks behind her to see Taira looking away, showing signs of embarrassment.

Tamamo: "I'm sure mother accepted the deal.. it's not everyday someone offers you a powerful attack like that out of thin air in exchange for a warrior"

Eucliwood: "*sighs* I'm still surprised he'd do something like that. I'm sorry if that puts a lot of pressure on you Yoshitsune"

Taira: "N-Not at all"

X: "Back to the alliance, I'd like to bring in others into it"

Tamamo: "If you mean hell, we've already come into contact with Lord Sirzechs, Azazel and those of Heaven. They've signed the alliance pact along with Lord Odin"

X: "I see. This idea doesn't sound too bad Eucliwood. If I could give my opinion, I'd say it's worth a shot"

Kartikeya looked up to his father who nodded, giving him the right to decide on the decision for the Hindu pantheon.

Kartikeya: "Hmm.. We'll accept under a condition"

Tamamo: "What will it be?"

Kartikeya: "We need a way to contact one another in a short notice. We need some sort of communication in case one's attacked'

Eucliwood: "I can get Y/n to work on that. He's quite the skilled crafter"

She says while holding onto Empyrean Musashi.

Kartikeya: "Well, I'll leave it to you then. You have my vote"

Eucliwood: "Ours as well"

Tamamo: "That's great. Sasaki"

He pours them all a cup of sake before taking his place next to the Princess of the Shinto.

Tamamo: "I always wanted to do this!! A toast for an alliance!!"

Eucliwood giggles a bit before lifting her cup up.

Kartikeya: "*sighs* I suppose I'll do it as well"

They toast before taking a sip together.

Tamamo: "Mother has talked to the heads about having a representative warrior for each pantheon. So far, we have Diehauser representing Hell, Gabriel representing Heaven, Azazel is still deciding, Lord Odin has sent Thor, and we've chosen the swordswoman Musashi"

Eucliwood: "Y/n's probably going to choose himself so I'll just pick him"

Kartikeya: "Then I'll do the same. I pick myself"

*BOOM*

They all look up to see who has been eliminated.

Mordred was thrown into a wall, bloody and could barely kneel as she looked up to see the ones who'd beaten her down.

Mordred: "Hehe, damn. Looks like this is probably gonna be a lot tougher than I'd thought?"

She used Clarent for support as Yukari and Diehauser walked over to her.

Diehauser: "You eliminated my knight, you're quite strong"

Mordred: "*coughs* Looks like I'm lacking a bit"

She spits out blood to her side as another warrior dropped down next to Diehauser.

Yukari: "You did a number on her, but she's still clinging"

??: "I won't fail with the next one then"

She grabbed her red spear as Mordred  clinged to whatever strength she had left and lifted her sword.

Mordred: "I can still go on.. a bit more"
