X POV

X: "Continue to dodge. Look for the open look"

I dodge the incoming attack but Penthesilea was quick enough to have another one ready. Still, my speed gave me an edge in evasiveness.

Penthesilea: "Dodging won't get you much in a battle!!"

"I know. I know that her stamina is quite high as well so there isn't much use in trying to tire out Penthesilea.. All I need is a little bit of time to think"

I jump up a tree but have to quickly move to avoid an attack from her.

Penthesilea: "What's wrong Arthur?!"

I arrive at another tree as she is quick to catch up.

X: "Now"

I fling myself forward with Excalibur in hand just as her spiked weapon reaches my area.

X: "Cross-"

I sensed something dangerous coming from behind and spin in the air to block the massive, deadly ball and chain coming my way.

"Shit!!"

The weapon had so much power that it was almost impossible to avoid getting out of this unscathed.

Penthesilea: "To the ground!!!"

She swung her weapon towards the ground as I felt my breath escape me from the force she exerted. I had minor injuries to my legs from ball and chain.

Penthesilea: "King of Knights, don't tell me you've given up already?"

I slowly began to rise up as I used Excalibur for support.

X: "I'm not that pathetic Queen of the Amazons. Just a little out of breath"

I took a chance to breath a little as I bring out my other sword.

X: "I think I got an idea of how you move"

Penthesilea: "Really? Well then, let's see if those words aren't a lie"

I dash forward as Penthesilea began launching her weapon towards me. I deflect the first as I sprint faster towards her. I could hear it returning as I wait for the right time.

"Now!!"

I jump up and avoid her attack.

Penthesilea: "Just where I wanted you!!"

"As predicted"

She swings the other side of her ball and chain as I power up.

X: "Excalibur!!"

I swing the holy sword upwards to push the attack away and use the momentum to spin with the sword ready once more.

Penthesilea: "Dammit!!"

X: "Excalibur!!!"

I bring a pillar of light over her as I fall down hard before I could catch my landing. Upon stopping, I use the time to allow myself to rest up a bit while keeping myself on alert incase someone else decides to show up.

X: "That was quite the challenge"

As I say that, a felt a massive blood lust glare coming from the dust where I had fired a Noble Phantasm at.

X: "It isn't over yet?!"

I turn around to see Penthesilea having taken massive damage, but her body was still standing proudly. She stood in the destroyed area as the dust slowly began to settle.

Penthesilea: "Who said you could leave already?"

X: "Looks like this will take a lot more time"

She seemed a lot more composed than before when she was swinging wildly.

Penthesilea: "You seem to have understood my fighting style. However, you aren't the only one Arthur"

She took a step forward and jumped out of the crater as she let go of her ball and chain, opting to use her claws instead.. or so I thought.

Penthesilea: "I'm not really one to do this but I suppose I'll have to when it comes to battling someone as skilled and shifty as you"

A spear materialized in front of her.

X: "Hold on.. A lancer?"

Penthesilea: "Yea"

"She changed her spirit core?!.. Hold on.. But.."

X: "If I may ask Queen Penthesilea.. Do you happen to come from the Throne of Heroes?"

Penthesilea: "I assume you do as well?"

"How did a Heroic Spirit arrive to this world? Now that I think of it.."

X: "I never questioned this world before since the supernatural exist. On top of that, reviving the dead doesn't seem to be that far fetched with evil piece system.. I have many questions"

Penthesilea: "I'll gladly answer them after the duel"

X: "I will accept the challenge then"

We take the initiative at a slow pace until we were about 10 yards from one another.

Penthesilea: "Come at me!!"

X: "Gladly!!"

I swing Excalibur as she blocks it with her spear. I go for a blow with Caliburn but she is quick to use the other side to deflect my attack as well. We trade slashes but the battle was pretty evenly matched.

Penthesilea: "Pierce!!"

The Queen of the Amazons slashes the side of my belly with a quick attack as her eyes are already focused on another spot.

Penthesilea: "Pierce!!"

I barely dodge the next one pointed at my head.

Penthesilea: "Pie-!!"

X: "CALIBURN!!!"

A beam of light fires straight at Penthesilea who is pushed back. I flip and land on my feet, only to realize that Penthesilea eat my attack.

Penthesilea: "HAAA!!!"

She pierced the armor near my collarbone and lifts me into the air before slamming me down to the ground.

X: "FUCK!!"

The ground shatters beneath me as the force I was thrown to the floor with was massive. I bounce up as a kick sends me flying into some trees nearby.

Penthesilea: "I'm not done!!!"

She sprints full speed towards me as I barely catch my breath.

"I don't think I can match her strength"

She jumps over to me as I use cross caliburn to stop her spear from delivering another powerful blow.

Penthesilea: "I can just-!!"

She goes for a leg sweep but I push her spear to the side and jump up.

"Rook strength"

I'm surrounded in a golden aura as my master's Kingly pieces give me a further enhanced strength from the Evil Piece system.

X: "Shoot!!"

I swing my leg and catch her with a thunderous kick to Penthesilea's head that nearly decapitate her.

"Now is my chance"

Her body was trying to respond from the trauma to the head as I went in with a flurry of strikes to vital points. Even then however, her powerful body wouldn't fall. Despite suffering wounds, she felt almost invincible even in this vulnerable state.

X: "JUST FALL!!"

I swing Caliburn but she caught it with ease.

Penthesilea: "As if!!"

Shr used her claws to penetrate my stomach as she lifted me into the air. I nearly lost my air as blood shot out my mouth.

"You cannot lose X!!!"

I muster up strength and break the claws as I empower myself in the golden aura once more.

Penthesilea: "Come at me then"

I go for her side which pushes her about a foot in the air and does damage but Penthesilea was ready. She landed and instantly delivered a hook to my face which momentarily stuns me.

Penthesilea: "Now with my back into it!!"

A powerful jab to my face sends me staggering back as my vision goes blurry for a few seconds. In those moments I could sense her murderous intent that aided me in evading a killer blow. Once my eyesight returned, I saw an opening.

X: "Now!!"

I throw a swing that shatters her gauntlets as Penthesilea tried to block it. It pushes her back and is surprised by her armored being destroyed. I go for another but the Queen lands an uppercut while I missed but I was determined not to fall.

X: "Argh!!!"

I had brought up my hands and smashed them over her head which causes Penthesilea to fall to a knee. It seemed that the head trauma was still there.

Penthesilea: "I won't fall twice!!"

As I attempted a kick, Penthesilea grabbed my ankle and pulled me into a punch to the stomach. In the moment, my head swung forward and headbutt Penthesilea with whatever force I could muster.

Penthesilea: "F-Fuck!!"

The two of us fall as I try to use every muscle to breath in air. Penthesilea threw up blood as she was swaying side to side while trying to remain on her knees.

Penthesilea: "You're quite.. resilient"

Penthesilea was struggling to keep her eyes open while I could barely pick myself off the ground.

Penthesilea: "Tears in your stomach, shattered collarbone, fractured ribs.. how?"

X: "The amount of hits to your head with the force I'd used.. I could say the same to you"

She grabbed her spear and slowly began to get up. I was still in trouble as I could muster up much energy to get up.

Penthesilea: "Thanl you for the battle.."

She was in rough shape but still had strength to finish me off.

Penthesilea: "Hopefully we can do this again.. Arthur"

I grabbed Caliburn in time to swing it and deflect her attack. I used it's wind to push myself far from her as I rested for a bit more.

Penthesilea: "I won't let you get away!!"

She sprinted my way once more as I looked down to my hand.

"Looks like I'll have to use that.."

A sword Emblem was shining as I slowly got up.

X: "Ex.."

She sees a massive light of shoot up into the sky as the Queen of the Amazons is surprised.

Penthesilea: "Your appearance-!!!"

X: "CALIBURN!!!"

The tower of light collapsed on the Greek warrior, completely engulfing her in the blink of an eye.

X: "There's my strength"

I fall to my knees as my form reverts to my previous self.

X: "Altering my Spirit Core to borrow that Saber's strength for a brief second. Urgh, I'm spent"

From the smoke, I saw something improbable.

Penthesilea: "Seems like *coughs* You win this time?"

Penthesilea was battered and on the brink of defeat.

X: "*chuckles* So not even that could bring you down in one swing?"

I slowly made my way over to her as I had questions.

X: "Penthesilea, how did you arrive here from the Throne of Heroes? My master has not summoned any to this world and he seems to be the only one capable of doing such a thing"

Penthesilea: "I recall a few servants suddenly arriving to this world. Sasaki Kojiro, Gilgamesh, the Holy Grail Vessel, Oda Nobunaga.. but myself and others were thrown here"

X: "How?"

Penthesilea: "All I can say is that someone punched a hole into space and pulled us through the hole into this world. Do you have any idea who could of done that?"

"Perhaps Y/n did when he used Ea against Kiara?"

Penthesilea: "Regardless, it seems that most of us have found masters while we are here. The mage told us to do so after all"

X: "Mage?.. Could you possibly be talking about Merlin?"

Penthesilea: "No, but he was there too. The individual I'm speaking of currently is masterless along with another"

X: "Which servants exactly?"

"Perhaps they could be an ally or another Knight of the Roundtable?"

Penthesilea: "One is the Pharoah Sun God, Ozymadias. He is currently residing in a temple in Egypt"

X: "Ozymadias.. what of the other one?"

Penthesilea's body began to disappear as her wounds were to severe to remain in the competition.

Penthesilea: "He calls himself the King of Magecraft. He said he had to handle something dire in this world.. he told us to prepare for that event.. and to seek Y/n.. that is all I can offer you. Good luck Arthur"

Her body left as I was left conflicted.

"So this King of Magecraft.. could he possibly be referring to Goetia?"

X: "I'll have to find Y/n, and fast"
