I sat in my bed with my face buried in my palms as Mordred rubs my back.

Mordred: "I'm here to listen if you want to talk"

I don't say much other than turning to her and putting my head on her shoulder. She doesn't utter a word either and simply wraps her arms around me.

Y/n: ".. I knew there would be heavy burdens with becoming a king and a worthy hero in my father's eyes but.. Dammit does it hurt!!"

Mordred: ".. You know, Gilgamesh would be proud of you regardless of the hero you end up as. Just like father is happy with the knight I am right now"

Y/n: "But I've inherited the blood of the King of Heroes. I HAVE to become as great as he was"

Mordred: "And why is that?"

Y/n: "Because..."

I can't think of a single reason as I could sense Mordred smiling.

Mordred: "Gilgamesh never said you had to be as great as he was. He just said to aspire for it if you wished. You don't need to better your legacy, you've done plenty already"

Y/n: "Like what?"

Mordred: "Let's see? You became a king of a city that needed help, you slayed a beast, you united the factions when there was some tension, you've saved the world from multiple threats and even defeated an entire team of Gods and Demigods.. You've done a lot in such a short time master. Be proud of yourself, don't bat an eye as if that isn't impressive"

Y/n: ".. You're right, but I've also done a lot of things that ain't good. I've made people who care about me upset and even told-"

Mordred: "That's because you're quick to react. Sure, that's a good thing but it also hurts when you need to decide on something you need to think about carefully. Judge the situation and what you can do before you act"

Y/n: "Think before I act?... You have a point there.. Thank you Mordred"

Mordred: "No problem"

Tiamat: "Thank you"

Mordred: "Huh?!"

She jumps a little as I check to see if she was alright.

Mordred: "O-Oh, it's alright!! Well, I have to go train that Issei mongrel now... If you ever need help, please don't hold it in.. Tell us. Use us as a shoulder to lean on.. Even a hero needs someone to rely on when they are in need of help. They may be strong on the outside, but they are still human inside. That includes 2/3 Gods"

She chuckles to herself as she pats my head.

Y/n: "Thanks again. I really needed this"

I pull away from her and look her in the eyes. I could sense some embarrassment as she stands up.

Mordred: "Umm.. I know father does this when I talk with her about serious things to make me feel better
So.. Here!!"

She gives me a kiss in the forehead and runs off.

Y/n: "*chuckles* Thanks"

I stand up and look outside to see the sun setting.

Y/n: "I guess I still have time huh?"

I change to my caster form to gain wisdom from my father on my current situation. I think hard about my decision and come to a conclusion that could satisfy all who are involved.

Y/n: "Alright, I've made up my mind.. Ahri, if you can hear me, meet me at the throne room"

I walk out and head over to the destination after opening my Clairvoyance to see the two people I'm thinking about still there. I take a peek into a future and see a good outcome with the direction I've taken.

Y/n: "*sighs* I'm going to personally hate this but I have to try"

I open the doors to the throne and find Irisviel, Ahri, Kuroka and the children still there. Irisviel was picking up the mess as Kuroka spent the little time they had left together while Ahri was waiting for orders.

Ahri: "Master!!"

Y/n: "Good, you're all here"

I walk past mother and Ahri and pat Kuroka's head before continuing forward towards my throne.

Y/n: "You can keep them"

She quickly turned her head upon hearing my words as the rest's eyes open wide in shock.

Kuroka: "What?!"

I take a seat and look at the time.

"There's still about 4 hours before the day ends"

Y/n: "I let my quick judgement cloud my own abilities and those of my peerage. To think I'd murder children without even giving it a thought if I could potentially save them?.. I can't apologize enough for making you cry"

She began to once again tear up before rushing over to me. She clinged onto me as the children went over to make sure she was okay.

Kuroka: "Thank you!! Thank you so much!!"

I pat her head once more before looking at my Bishop"

Y/n: "Ahri. I require your assistance"

Ahri: "Yes master!! What can I do?"

She dried her eyes as she walked up to the steps of my throne.

Y/n: "See to it how we could seal the children who are able to use Babylon, no matter how many seals or mana it may take. We have a few hours to do it. Mother, do what you can to make the wish permanant"

Irisviel: "That's my beautiful boy"

She too cleared the tears in her eyes as I opened a stone tablet from Babylon to access Gilgamesh's infinite knowledge on spells.

Y/n: "There's got to be something in here for it"

I pull out some glasses that can help me speed through it while Kuroka checks to see which children can access Babylon. We would go on to work for many hours but the deed would be done and Kuroka could keep the children

Hours later

Y/n: "Urgh.. That was pretty stressful"

I look over to the couch and see her peacefully sleeping with the kids.

Y/n: "*sighs* I guess this is fine"

I open a gate and gently drop some blankets onto them. Ahri had head to bed after we were done and Irisviel returned to the Throne. It was just me now.

Y/n: "I need a break.. and a drink"

The time read 1 am as I strolled through the empty hallways. Well, were empty until I saw Azazel waiting outside my inhouse bar.

Azazel: "You seem satisfied and tired"

Y/n: "You wouldn't believe. Care to drink with me?"

Azazel: "Sure, care for her to come along too?"

Kama peeks out from inside with the collar still on. I get a few memories but do my best to calm them.

Y/n: "Yea"

I walk in with Azazel behind me as I pull out two wine glass bottles.

Azazel: "I heard from your bishop that she's keeping them"

Y/n: "She is. I don't know why I couldn't think about just sealing their damn powers. I'm doing it with Kama so why not with them too?"

Azazel: "So what exactly did you seal?"

Y/n: "Anything that is a weapon or dangerous to their and other's health. They can pull out stuff like clothes and things like toys but that's it"

Azazel: "How many of them have your ability?"

Y/n: "2. One of them is a prodigy like mother said and the other is a girl who struggles but can manage to open it"

We toast together as we sip our wine together.

Azazel: "Can never get enough of this taste"

Y/n: "*chuckles* Father did know how to choose his wine"

Azazel: "I'll say. What's the plan with that nugget?"

I look over to see Kama touching some pictures.

Y/n: "DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!!!"

She jumps in terror and walks over to an empty table.

Y/n: "... Dammit I can't stand looking at her"

Azazel: ".. Let me ask you this, is she really the same one who caused all that mayhem before?"

Y/n: "Of course she is!! Well.. No, but it's still her-!!"

He had a little grin on his face which irritated me but I thought back to my conversation with Mordred.

Y/n: ".. Quick to react and judge. Think clearly before I act.. *inhale*.. *exhale*.. Dammit I hate you when you have a point sometimes"

Azazel: "It's my charm"

A gate opens up near Kama's head which scares her a little until a juice box falls.

Y/n: "... Drink it... I'm sure you're thirsty"

Azazel saw that I hated my actions but still did it. Kama was hesitant but picked it up as to not anger me again.

Kama: ".. Thank you-"

Y/n: "Don't thank me. Thank Azazel.. *sighs* I'm off to bed. You can stay or leave, up to you"

Azazel: "I'll take one of the empty rooms. Get ready for school tomorrow by the way Mr. King of Kuoh"

Y/n: "Urgh.. Do I really?"

Azazel: "You want the children to think they can succeed without going to school?"

Y/n: ".. *sighs* Fine. What about her?"

Azazel: "I'll watch over the little rugrat. Leave her in my hands"

Y/n: "Very well. I'm off now"

I leave the bar and head straight for my bedroom. Once there, I'm irritated once more as I find it full.

Akagi: "Hey commander~"

Kaga: "Why am I here as well?"

Akagi: "I might be in heat too you know~"

Kaga: "PLEASE DON'T SPEAK ABOUT MY EMBARRASSING INCIDENT!!"

Y/n: "You aren't in heat and what happened in the underworld stays there. I didn't want my Kaga to end up in pain or something worse happening"

Akagi: "I still have a favor you know~"

Y/n: "I'm tired"

Akagi: "I won't ask for much then. Just to snuggle up to my commander tonight with my sister as well~"

Y/n: "Is that it?"

Akagi nods her head rapidly while looking rather innocent.

Y/n: "I guess that's fine then"

I make my way to bed as the two snuggle up to my chest.

Akagi: "Ah~ The warm body of my Commander, and to have my lovely sister Kaga here too. What could be better?"

Kaga: "This is so embarrassing.. but I don't hate it"

Y/n: "Just go to sleep. I got stuff to do tomorrow"

Akagi: "Okay"

The two plot something and look up at me. They slowly make their way up to my face and plant a kiss on my cheek. Akagi was happy while Kaga continued to be embarrassed as she was pushed to do as her sister said, though she seemed to want to do it anyway.

Akagi/Kaga: "Goodnight~/G-Goodnight"

Y/n: "Night"
