Tiamat: "How this?"

Gilgamesh: "This is terrible but I'll help it out with this"

He opens a gate and takes out a solid gold bar.

Gilgamesh: "And then.. there"

The two observe as the cake has been prepared and has a gold bar on top.

Gilgamesh: "It's lacking a bit of gold if you ask me"

Tiamat: "TOO MUCH!!"

She shook Gilgamesh as he stood unbothered.

Gilgamesh: "Definitely missing more gold"

Tiamat: "I wanted to add more colors to it"

Gilgamesh: "Gold should suffice"

She looked over to Gilgamesh with a slight deadpan stare but chose to drop it in favor of thinking about her son.

Tiamat: "I love my child"

Gilgamesh: "I know that"

The cake had blended the color palette of Tiamat with some white frosting to match Irisviel, who had blessed it with good fortune, and the gold bar on top from our favorite, arrogant golden king.

Gilgamesh: "I like it"

Tiamat: "Me too"

The two observe their masterpiece as they hear the sound of something coming.

Tiamat: "Air plane-!!"

It was immediately struck down by a golden sword as the two stand on opposite directions of it.

Gilgamesh: "We will stand on guard!!"

Tiamat: "Protect the cake until my child returns!!"

More planes began to fly in as the two settle on how to take them down

Meanwhile

Y/n: "*sighs*"

Amagi: "Everything alright commander?"

The two were alone in the throne room as they worked through some of the final forms and files for the day.

Y/n: "Nothing much. Just a little hungry"

Amagi: "If you can't wait until we get home, I could prepare something. I know tea won't really fill your stomach but I'm sure it can help a bit"

Y/n: "It's fine. I can still wait.. how's everything on your end?"

Amagi: "Nearly finished. All I need is a small booklet and these 2 handouts"

Y/n: "Hm.. I'm in no real hurry to go home so and we are both nearly done.. so"

I rise up from my throne and head over to Amagi's desk.

Amagi: "Yes?"

I pull her chair back and pick her as it surprises her.

Amagi: "C-Commander?!"

Y/n: "I need more battery"

I quickly take her to the bed I had nearby and gently put her down.

Amagi: "*sighs* We are almost done, couldn't this wait?"

Y/n: "NO"

I dive into her tails as I sense a feeling of freedom, clarity, and ascension all at the same time.

Y/n: "Oh ya, that hits the spot"

I was fluffing her tails while rubbing them against my face. I could tell my mind couldn't think straight but I did not care. This wave of feelings eased the burden for me.

Amagi: "C-Commander. Please be more gentle"

Y/n: "Fluffy fluffy fluffy~"

Hello, this is the narrarator. Unfortunately, Y/n's mindset has been reduced to that of a toddler at the moment. This only happens when he overworks himself to the point of almost dying. To make sure it doesnt happen, his mind created a mechanism to avoid the unfortunate accident from occurring. However, his brain is well.. unable to use or comprehend his usual high and sophisticated knowledge.

In this situation, he uses the only things that gives him clarity in these trying and rough times as king. Fluffy tails or just straight up Eucliwood, either one works to perfection. All in an effort to make sure he sleeps the appropriate amount. Now, back to your regularly [Not] scheduled program.

Y/n: "Fluff~"

Amagi turns over to see the almost child like aura surrounding the King of Kuoh and giggles softly. She embraces him while patting his head.

Amagi: "You've worked too hard today Commander. You should get some rest"

Y/n: "Amagiii~"

He quickly pulls Amagi over to him as she uses her tails to cover him in a soft and warm blanket.

Amagi: "Goodnight Commander"

Back at the house

Gilgamesh: "Sha Naq Imuru"

He uses his Noble Phantasm as Tiamat strikes down another plane.

Akagi: "I WANT CAKE!!!"

Kaga: "I'M SO SORRY!! I'M BEING FORCED TO TAKE PART!!"

The two were in a heated battle that they did not know would take all through the night.

Ahri: "What's going on?"

X: "I want cake"

Akagi: "So do I!!"

Kaga: "I've been forced to partake"

Ahri watched over the scene in front of her while deploying a shield around her.

Ahri: "So a cake started a war?"

Mordred: "War has always been about cake"

A crawling Mordred came over while being covered in cake ingredients.

X: "Did you succeed?"

Mordred: "Negative. This is left over batter from failure attempts"

X: "I see. We must infiltrate!!! Kaga, Akagi!!! Continue to penetrate the line until you get a piece of that cake!!"

Akagi: "YES!!"

Kaga: "Can we just end this already?"

From the corner, Alter walked in to see the scene happening in front of him.

Alter: "..."

He walked the other way and sighed while thinking about how ridiculous that was.

Ahri: "Gilgamesh, can I have popcorn?"

Gilgamesh: "What do I look like, a candy shop?!"

Ahri: "I'd like some popcorn"

She sulked down onto the couch while attempting to guilt trip the most arrogant man.

Ahri: "I'm sure Y/n would of appreciated if you gave me some popcorn"

Gilgamesh: "I DON'T-!!"

Tiamat: "Give her popcorn. My child's wife wants some"

Gilgamesh: "FOCUS ON PROTECTING-!!"

Tiamat: "Deadbeat"

Gilgamesh: "WHERE DID YOU LEARN THAT?!"

Tiamat gave a thumbs up to Ahri before striking down another plane.

Gilgamesh: "Argh!! Fine!!"

He opened a gate next to her and dumped a cup with unlimited popcorn.

Gilgamesh: "THERE!!!"

Ahri: "THANK YOU PAPA!!"

Gilgamesh: "Urgh"

He clenched his chest a bit while getting slightly flustered.

"Why did that happen?!.. I'd like grand children"

Gilgamesh: "Can we focus now?!"

Tiamat: "Yes"

Mordred: "CHARGE!!!"

X: "CHARGE!!!"

The two were wielding Styrofoam swords as Gilgamesh brought out 2 as well.

Gilgamesh: "We duel. FIGHT!!!"

Tiamat: "PROTECT THE CAKE!!!"

The charged at one another ad Gilgamesh continued to defend the cake with gates from incoming planes.

Mordred: "What can you do King?"

Gilgamesh: "I will protect that cake"

Mordred: "You aren't built for this. You're a king, not a warrior"

The two were clashing swords while X kept skillfully evading attacks from Tiamat.

Tiamat: "That is my ours!!"

X: "I shall indulge"

Tiamat: "Not yet"

Ahri: "I'm placing bets"

Siduri: "I'll put it on Gilgamesh and Tiamat"

She had arrived shortly after Alter left and was now watching the fight from behind a barrier with Ahri.

Ahri: "Are we getting new visitors?"

Alter had returned with Eucliwood besides him.

Eucliwood: "I got X"

Alter: "I'm exhausted"

When the two arrived, he threw himself onto Ahri's tails. They instinctively curled around him as Alter softened up his face a bit.

Alter: "Why is there so much paperwork that III have to do?"

Eucliwood: "You're technically the King of Kuoh as well. A future one"

Alter: "Urgh.. I'm going to kick his ass when I see him again"

He drops his head and falls asleep almost immediately after. Siduri looked back at him before going over to Ahri who was enjoying the battle.

Ahri: "COME ON GILGAMESH, KICK HER ASS!!!"

Mordred: "YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY SIDE!!!"

Siduri: "Hey Ahri?"

Ahri: "Yes?"

Siduri: "Um.. Isn't it weird that someone who isn't your master.. Well, technically is but isn't really.. you know, is enjoying himself the way your master would?"

She turns around to see Alter cuddling up to one of her tails and goes back to the fight.

Ahri: "Weird? Yes, but somehow no. I love it when master does it and he technically is the same person so.. Meh"

Siduri: "I still find it confusing that they are the same person"

Ahri: "Wouldn't you say the same with Gilgamesh and my master?"

Siduri: "Well, yes but.. they are drastically different in certain areas including name and person. Those two are actually identical besides the armor color and skin difference"

Ahri: "I still can tell them apart besides the physical. The share the same smell but act different.. Well, at times as you can see"

Ahri continued to watch over the battle as Siduri leaned over and began to pat Alter's head a bit.

Siduri: "Well, you have a point.. this is Y/n after all"

She smiled softly as she saw the uncanny resemblance between the two via their sleeping faces.

Siduri: "Sleep well my king"

The fighting went on the entire night, all while the duo of Gilgamesh and Tiamat kept the cake safe from the 4 maned team of X, Mordred, Akagi and the unfortunate Kaga.

Tiamat: "We... We've succeeded"

Gilgamesh: "But at what cost?.. I'm almost drained"

X was laying on the floor, completely exhausted while Mordred was passed out.

Akagi: "I'm out.. Kaga?"

Kaga: "Out.. let me rest now"

She fell onto the couch and instantly knocked out while Akagi slid down the wall, accepting her loss in the battle.

Akagi: "So it seems.. we've lost"

She follows her sister and falls asleep while Ahri wakes up with Eucliwood right next to her.

Ahri: "*Yawn* Did Siduri go home when I fell asleep? Eu. Wakey wakey"

Eucliwood sluggishly lifts her head up as she attempts to get up, but finds it too much of a chore and slumps over on Ahri's lap right after.

Ahri: "*giggles* It's time to wake up. I'm sure master's gonna come back any minute now"

Almost like dog perking his ears, Eucliwood rises up, still looking tired but doesn't fall back.

Alter: "Urgh.. ney go back to bed"

Alter, still asleep, reaches out and brings Eucliwood towards him. She was now tucked under his arm and Ahri's tails.

Ahri: "Hey, it's time to wake up.. did he say something under his breath?"

Alter ignored her and cuddled up to the confused Eucliwood.

Tiamat: "He's here!!"

Tiamat's smile grew as did her excitement.

Gilgamesh: "Finally.. we've won. Now, time to give it to that boy and FINALLY go to sleep!!!"

He went over to pick up the cake and proudly lifted it. Tiamat helped on the other side as the two raced to the door to greet their child.

Gilgamesh: "Get ready to-"

He felt a strain on his arms and let go as he quickly scrambled to get a hold of it but ended up simply destroying it.

Gilgamesh: "..."

Tiamat: "..."

It was just now that Gilgamesh realized that Tiamat had enough strength to hold it even if he let go. All it looked like to anyone's eyes is that Gilgamesh simply destroyed her cake.

Gilgamesh: "I-"

Tiamat: "It's okay.."

He saw the tears slowly fall from her eyes and felt a sharp arrow strike him straight through the heart.

Tiamat: "*sob* I'll just make a new one.."

She quickly ran off with tears streaming down her face.

Ahri: "Uh oh"

Y/n: "Oi"

Gilgamesh felt a shiver down his spine and gulp heavily. He began to turn around to see a furious Y/n staring down the King of Kuoh with Amagi behind him.

Gilgamesh: "I-It's not what-"

Y/n: "Anyone who bullies my mother is slated to die a painful death"

He cracks his fingers while glaring a death stare at his father.

Gilgamesh: "HEY-!!"

Y/n: "I'm going to give you a running start.. MONGREL"

He open many gates and immediately fired swords.

Gilgamesh: "WHAT HAPPENED TO THE HEAD START?!"

Y/n: "FUCK IT!! YOU DIE EFFECTIVELY YESTERDAY!! ACCEPT YOUR PUNISHMENT YOU WASTE OF A BREATH!!!"

Gilgamesh: "THAT'S HURTFUL AS YOUR FATHER!! GOD DAMMIT!!!"

He sprinted after the golden king as he pulled out Ea.

Gilgamesh: "WAIT, WAIT, WAIT!!!"

Ophis: "Damn, shit got real"

Ahri: "WHERE DID YOU COME FROM?!"

Ophis: "I come and go as I please"

Gilgamesh sprinted at max speed with Ea's barrel turning.

Gilgamesh: "GOD DAMMIT, WHAT DID I DO?!"
