I sit back and wait for Koneko to come pick me up. I close my eyes and see a familiar figure.

Gilgamesh: "Hello there Y/n"

Gilgamesh: "It seems I'm merging with you. We'll have to see that white lady to discuss what's happening"

Gilgamesh: "It's been slowly disappearing. Your appearance is resembling mine"

I felt a tap on my shoulder as I look to my right to see my underclassmen.

Y/n: "Yo"

Koneko: "Yes. Are you ready?"

Y/n: "Of course, lead the way"

Gilgamesh: "Remember, keep an eye out for anything suspicious. I'll continue to try and communicate with the white lady"

You got it.

I follow Koneko to an older looking building.

Y/n: "Is this really it?"

Haven't I been here before?

Koneko: "Yes, I'll have you wait in the club room while I get the president"

Y/n: "That's fine"

I sit back in the couch and wait.

Gilgamesh: "I can sense magical energy circulating around here"

I'll keep an eye out for anything weird. I still don't have a hang of how to use your portals things.

Gilgamesh: "Simple, open the gate from inside your head and choose what you want"

I guess I could try again.

I picture a golden gate as it opens and see nothing but treasures.

Y/n: "Hmm"

I see the portal and reach in, pulling out the wine glass again.

Y/n: "Okay, seems like I got the hang of this"

Aren't you mad I'm taking some of your treasures?

Gilgamesh: "Not really, we aren't sharing.. It seems that you have a treasure of your own"

Gilgamesh: "You've duplicated my treasures. Sure I'm upset since it's just like that faker who traced my treasures before but you are my vessel so I understand"

I take a sip of the drink as the door opens up and a girl with black hair walks in.

Akeno: "Hello there, I'm guessing you are the one our president wanted to see? Hello, I'm Akeno"

I stand up to greet her.

Y/n: "Y/n and yes, is she on her way?"

Akeno: "She'll be here with the rest in a minute"

Y/n: "Good to know"

I sit back down as she sits beside me.

Akeno: "You brought a drink?"

Shit, I forgot to put it away!!

Y/n: "Yes, I'm sorry if it isn't allowed"

Akeno: "It's fine. I was going to offer you tea if you were thirsty"

Y/n: "I'm fine but thank you"

I take another sip as the door opens up and the girl with red hair walks in. A group of students walk behind her, one of them I recognize as someone from my class.

It's her!!

Gilgamesh: "Don't panic. If you feel threatened just use Gate of Babylon.. and if I gets worse than that, I have a special weapon in there"

Gilgamesh: "Ea"

Ea?

Gilgamesh: "A weapon given to me by the gods"

The girl in red sits directly in front of me. As the rest stand behind her. The boy with brown hair from my class is the exception, sitting besides her.

Rias: "Hello, I am Rias Gremory. I am the president of the Occult Research Club"

Y/n: "Hello, I'm Y/n L/n. It's nice to meet you all"

She looked at Akeno and nodded. She stood up and sat on the other side of her.

Y/n: "So, what did you need to speak with me?"

Rias: "I'll be frank with you, I can sense the magical energy coming from you"

What?! But those bracelets Iri gave me were supposed to hide the power.

Gilgamesh: "Maybe our power is too strong to be hidden, which is understandable. To think such worthless bracelets could try and hide my power? FUHUHAHAHA!!! Truly demonstrates how strong I am. Now, if only that damn Saber would just become mine"

Gilgamesh"Yes, Saber, that's what I still desire and have yet to get"

Gilgamesh: "I want to own everything, but she defies me everytime for that faker"

Gilgamesh: "Don't be. Some things are beautiful exactly because they aren't obtainable"

Rias: "Y/n?"

Y/n: "Yes? I'm sorry. I spaced out for a bit, I apologize about that"

Rias: "Basically what I'm trying to say is, I want you to join my peerage and become a devil for me, what do you say?"

Be.. a devil?

Gilgamesh: "Nonsense!! To think the great King of Heroes, Gilgamesh, would summit to a mongrel like her!! She should be punished by the heavens for thinking of something so blasphemous"

I don't feel like being someone's pawn either.

Y/n: "You'll have to excuse me Miss Rias, but I don't think I'll accept your offer"

Her face turned into a confused one.

Rias: "Oh really? Is there anything I can do that may make you change your mind?"

Y/n: "No"

I stood up and was heading for the door.

Rias: "Wait, Y/n"

I stop at the door and turn around.

Y/n: "Yes?"

Rias: "Why won't you join my peerage, I guarantee you-"

Y/n: "Protection? I don't need it. Besides, I don't think of myself low enough to be working under someone"

The boy with brown hair stood up and pulled out a red gauntlet.

Boy: "Hey dude?! Not cool. What Rias offers you is a chance to be part of a family-"

Y/n: "Family? Tsk, as if I need one. Mine left me to fend for myself since I was young, not giving a damn what happens to me. I've made myself stronger on my own... I need no protection nor do I need a family"

Gilgamesh: "Well said"

Rias: "Listen Y/n, there are people who are stronger than you out there. If you fall under my protection, they won't even dare go near you"

I start to laugh at her remark.

Y/n: "Well then, let them come if they truly wish for an early dirt nap"

Gilgamesh: "Show this fool our strength Y/n"

I clean a small tear that fell out.

Y/n: "Very well then"

I roll up my sleeves and show them my two gold bracelet.

Y/n: "You see these? They are holding back my true strength"

I remove them one at a time and notice their faces as they sense my strength.

Y/n: "Well, do you think I need protection now?"

Akeno: "How... does one person have this much power?"

I put my bracelets back on.

Y/n: "Now, I'd prefer if you don't contact me about another inquiry regarding joining your peerage.. Actually, I have a question for you"

She shook off the overwhelming feeling and looks up at me.

Rias: "What is it?"

Y/n: "Where do I get a peerage? I'll consider lending you my strength when you need it in exchange"

She bit into her thumb but looked at me.

Rias: "I'd like to think about it"

Y/n: "Think about having my aid?! Hahaha!! Whatever, I'll give you a day to think about it. After that, the offers off the table"

I open the door and walk out.

Gilgamesh: "A peerage? I assume you want some servants aswell?"

We need people to do our bidding. We don't know much of this place so it'll be good to have some people we can order around while we get to know this place a little more.

Gilgamesh: "HAHAHA!!! You and me really are alike!! I knew I made a good choice in choosing you as a vessel"

Y/n: "Well, looks like things might be going my way for once"

I step out the building with a grin in my face.

Kiba: "Rias, what do we do?"

Kiba knelt down next to the club president who was on her knees with a hand on her chin.

Issei: "Want me to go beat his ass?! Just tell me Rias and I'll-"

Rias: "No Issei. Having him around could ease the tension with fallen angels. They will see how powerful he is and would think twice on whether to attack"

Akeno: "But Rias, what he's asking for-"

Rias: "I know Akeno. I want him atleast on our side but..."

Rias: "Asking for his own evil pieces?"

Issei: "Let me at him Rias-"

Rias: "No!! Did you see his power?! He didn't even show us what he's capable of and still had us shook by how powerful he was. You wouldn't stand a chance"

Rias looked at the ground before looking back up at her evil pieces.

Rias: "I can't believe I'm about to say this but, Akeno"

Akeno: "Yes president?"

Rias: "... Call my brother. Tell him we got an emergency"

Akeno: "Right!!"

Rias: "Whatever his power is, we can't let any faction get to him before us. I just hope none noticed his power when he unhid it"
