It's been a few days since the incident at the church and I haven't made any contact with Rias or her peerage for that matter. I've been doing my research into reported supernatural events in the news, keeping my eye out for anything that stands out. Ahri was one of those such reported events I had found out about and it paid off. She's been a very powerful and valuable asset I've gained from taking a chance. I read on the news as well when I wasn't near a TV.

Y/n: "Anything you two have found"

Ahri: "No"

Ahri and Eu were tired from reading so many articles and were laying on the couch.

Y/n: "Alright, take a break"

I get up and head to the fridge.

Y/n: "We don't have any food"

I head to the little desk I had near my bed where I stored my money at. I open it and check my wallet.

Y/n: "No money huh?"

I look back at my girls and sigh.

Y/n: "I'll be back"

Ahri: "Where are you going?"

Y/n: "To get some cash. I'll be back in a bit"

I open the door and head out. I look around and open a large gate on the ground. It goes upwards as a car appears.

Y/n: "I've never driven a car before. Hope this goes well"

I hop in and feel the uneasiness escape almost immediately.

Y/n: "Why do I feel I can drive anything? Whatever"

I buckle in and take off. I drive all the way to a park nearby where I heard some of the student council members were going to meet up from something. I pull up and walk around for a bit as I look for a familiar face among the crowd.

Y/n: "Excuse me"

I tap on her shoulder and she turns to me. She jumps a little but composes herself quickly.

Sona: "Y/n. Hello there"

Y/n: "Good evening Sona, I was hoping to get a chance to talk to you alone for a bit. I promise not to take much of your time if you aren't busy at the moment"

Sona: "Of course. Ladies, excuse me for a bit"

The other girls giggled as they whispered to each other. I pulled her a couple of yards away from the rest of the group so they wouldn't hear us.

Sona: "What can I help you with Y/n?"

She flashed her usual warm smile at me as I get a little embarrassed.

Y/n: "Umm.. I don't know how to ask this but..."

She looked at me confused.

Y/n: "Would you mind if I borrowed some money? I'll return it back in about 2 days when I get some allowance"

Sona: "You need.. money?"

"I'm afraid so. Someone just happened to always be hungry and spent my money in buying fast food she didn't finish"

Sona: "Was it the fox girl?"

Y/n: "It was Eu actually"

Sona: "Oh... Wait, Eucliwood?!"

She looked extremely confused, yet curious at the same time. It was a rather cute reaction.

Y/n: "Yea, I know. I had the same expression when I first saw her eating habits"

She giggled a little before reaching into her purse.

Sona: "How much would you like?"

Y/n: "Just enough to buy some food to make sandwiches"

She gave me some money and looked back at me.

Sona: "No need to pay it back. Just make sure you take care of the girls. Oh, and tell Eu to cut down on the food. She  will end up not being as adorable as she is right now if she continues to eat a lot"

Y/n: "You got it. Thanks for the money, I owe you next time"

Sona: "Lunch?"

Y/n: "Next Tuesday?"

Sona: "Next Tuesday"

Y/n: "8 PM?"

Sona: "8 PM"

Y/n: "Alright, I'll write it down"

Sona: "Don't be late"

Y/n: "I'll make sure I'll get there before 8"

She turned around but stopped after a few steps.

Sona: "Hey Y/n?"

Y/n: "What is it?"

She looked hesitant to ask me what she desired to say, which made me curious.

Sona: ".... Do you like Tsubaki?"

She said in a really low voice.

Y/n: "What was that?"

Sona: "Oh nothing!! Uh.."

She looked at my car and grew a confused face.

Sona: "I thought you didn't have money?"

Y/n: "I don't"

Sona: "Car?"

Y/n: "Oh that? That's a funny story. Apparently, Gil- I mean, my Grandfather Gilgamesh said my Gates contain everything man ever created and has stored all types of treasures"

Sona: "He wouldn't happen to have cash there now would he?"

I think about it for a second. I open Babylon and stacks of cash fall onto the hood of the car.

There's atleast 100k!! WHAT THE HELL?!

I look over at her with my mouth wide open. I look around to see if anybody saw that and quickly send the money back into Babylon. I go up to her and hand her cash back.

Y/n: "I did not know I had that.. or how much I have"

I could have millions, no, bill- NO, TRILLIONS!!!

Y/n: "As a thank you for actually giving me money and not saying no, a gift"

I had reached into a gate and pulled out a necklace covered in diamonds.

"No, there's no way I could accept that!! It's too pricey"

Y/n: "You don't have to worry about that. Honestly, I really would like to give you this. You mean a lot to me so this is the best way I feel like I could express it. This is not just for the cash, but for everything you've done. Please, take it"

She blushes a little as I go behind her to put the necklace around her neck.

Y/n: "How does it look?"

I open a gate with a mirror to show her how she looked.

Y/n: "Perfect. Well, I'll leave you so you can continue with your meeting"

Sona: "Thank you. Y/n, I really do treasure our friendship. Thank you a million for the gift. I'll see you at school"

Y/n: "I'll see you until then"

I wave at her as I get back into the car. I buckle up and head to buy some groceries for us. When I got back home, the girls looked at me with glitter in their eyes.

Y/n: "So I forgot I was rich and own everything for a bit"

I place the bags on the table.

Y/n: "I'm going to take a shower now. You all put the stuff away and I'll cook you some food in a bit"

Ahri: "Aie!!"

Eu and Ahri both stood in line with an army salute.

Y/n: "Alright, I'll leave it to you two then"

I head towards the bathroom and take my clothes off. I start up the bath and wait until it fills up a bit before I jump in. I let out a big sigh and lay back on the warm water. I think about everything that has happened up until now. I've been helping Ahri with suppressing the urge to consume life force from other innocent people. It's been working well so far. She takes some of mine when she really needs it and as for Eu, I've been working with her to improve her combat battle without using her powers unless she really has to. On top of helping those two, I've also had my own training to do. I try to perfect all my Noble Phantasms I have stored in Babylon. I also use whatever free time I have to look out for more potential pieces for my set.

??: "I see you found yourself another piece?"

I look at a mirror besides me to see Gilgamesh in a bath himself.

Y/n: "I did. She's got her share of flaws but I'm helping her improve sed flaws. She's trying not to depend on her need for life force"

Gilgamesh: "That's good. Are you looking to expand your military?"

Y/n: "Military?... Yea, but I rather look at them like family.. Ugh, I'm starting to sound like Rias"

Gilgamesh: "Fuhuhahaha!! Fair enough, they are yours after all. Have you thought of using the grail?"

Y/n: "The grail?"

He opens a gate as a golden cup comes from it.

Gilgamesh: "This grail. It lets you summon 2 servants at the moment since you aren't ready for all 8 servants"

Y/n: "When will I know when I'm ready?"

Gilgamesh: "When you really need them, the grail itself will grant you the rest"

Y/n: "Alright. What do you think I need for my kingdom to be successful? Or more like, what do you think I still need to make my kingdom successful?"

Gilgamesh: "You are already thinking about the future? I like it. Well you already have a weapon that you trust, your Enkidu"

Y/n: "Eucliwood isn't a weapon"

Gilgamesh: "But she is who you trust the most. Is that not correct?"

Y/n: "You're right about that"

Gilgamesh: "Let's see.. When I was a Caster. I had a woman by my side, Siduri"

He leans a little more into the golden bathtub.

Gilgamesh: "She was my assistant and most reliable person to whom I could trust with having everything done if I requested it. You have someone in mind for that?"

I think hard for a second before the answer came to me.

Gilgamesh: "Oh, The student council is it?"

Y/n: "Sona.. Yea, that's who'll be my Siduri"

He chuckles a bit.

Gilgamesh: "Looks like you have everything to start. Just remember that you will have enemies when you try to take that little city of yours"

Y/n: "I got "the greatest gift of them all" remember~? I know not to underestimate no one as well"

Gilgamesh: "Good. Don't be like me with that faker"

Y/n: "I'll try my best"

Gilgamesh: "Remember, be good to your people for they are the ones who will dictate should they follow you"

Y/n: "Of course"

Gilgamesh: "I'll let you finish your bath then. If you need my help with any advice, you know how to contact me... and remember, you also have Ea if anything goes south regarding an enemy"

Y/n: "Of course. Sleep well Gilgamesh"

The mirror got foggy. I wipe it and see my reflection, meaning it was just a normal mirror now. I get out the tub and drain the water. I dry up and put some fresh clothes on before heading out. I see black smoke coming out of the kitchen and freak out.

Y/n: "What did they do?"

I rush in with a golden fire extinguisher in hand.

Y/n: "What did the two of you do?!"

I see that something in the stove was burning.

Ahri: "Help!! We were just cooking something when the meat started catching on fire!!"

I fire the extinguisher on it as I turn the stove off. Once the smoke dies down, all that is left a small piece of charcoal that was once a piece of stake.

Y/n: "How did the two of you burn the stake?"

The two sat guilty with black stains on their face and clothes.

Ahri: "We wanted to cook something for you"

Eu: "You were really tired from helping us"

Ahri: "Yea. We thought we'd do something special for you but neither one of us are really that good at cooking"

Eu: "We're sorry about burning the food"

A small smile appears on my face after hearing their intentions. I rub both their heads. I take the "food" they made and eat it despite it potentially being my cause of death.

Ahri: "Master!!"

Eu: "You don't have to do that!!"

Y/n: "*cough* You two made it for me right? It wouldn't be right for me to throw a gift away no would it?"

They smile together as I hug them both.

Y/n: "How about the two of you help me cook a bit? I'll teach you everything I know"

They get energetic again and come over to me.

Y/n: "Alright, now what to make?"
