Asher's POV
Ashy wake up Grace groaned as I rolled my eyes.I got up to open the door and Josh was at the door.
"Warrior training"
"I'll be down in 15"
"Grace too"
No I growled she wouldn't not be fighting anyone I couldn't risk her getting hurt.
Alpha's orders Josh muttered before walking away.
"Grace baby i need you to wake up"
"But no please need sleep"
"I know baby you have to attend training though"I kissed her hair and put on some shorts.Grace streched and got out of bed.She walked into our bathroom and threw her hair up and washed her face.We both brushed our teeth and she walked into our closet.She found some spandex shorts and a black racerback tank top.She slipped on some nike shoes and I did the same.We walked outside and Grace held onto my hand.She stood in front of me and I wrapped my arms around her waist.
'Do I have to fight'

'You'd be surprised what I let you get away with'She watched intently as Josh and another warrior fought.Josh pinned him successfully and two more warriors went out.I seen Alicia walking across the clearing with Eli on her hip.Grace squirmed away from my grasp and went to go give her a them a hug.
"Asher she's very occupied"
"She loves children Uncle Carter"
"That she does"Grace looked back at me and gave Eli back in favor for nuzzling into my arms.

'Mm hi'I kissed her hair as my Uncle instructed the next pair.
"We need to discuss you both taking over soon why don't we have dinner together and we will discuss it in my office"

"I'll have Rosalie whip up something nice"When training was over Rosalie had a huge spread of food out for the pack.I seen a couple women had helped her.Asher was digging into his loaded burger.
Asher your making a mess I muttered wiping the condiments off his chest.He only shrugged and continued to eat.I picked at my chicken croissant sandwich and Asher finished his and went back for seconds.It wasn't that the sandwich wasn't delicious I just wasn't feeling it.Alicia and Ryder both sat down across from us Eli asleep in Ryder's arm.
'Are you okay'I ignored the mind link from Alicia and pushed around my fruit salad only eating because i seen Asher coming back.As he ate his second burger Ryder inhaled his two.
"Do you boys even taste them"
"No we are hungry training without breakfast is the worst"
"I told you to eat something"
"I wasn't hungry love"Alicia rolled her eyes and finished her sandwich and her small bowl of spaghetti salad.
I'll be right back I murmured and Asher only nodded.I walked over to Asher's mom and she smiled brightly at me.
"Grace honey what can I do for you"
'Can you feel my forehead I think I have a temperature and I didn't want to worry Asher'Her hand was cool to the touch of my warm skin.
'Your a little warm maybe a small temperature..why don't you go lay down and i'll tell Asher you were tired and went to nap'I nodded and she hugged me.
"I see you with all the babies and I know Grace that your going to be a wonderful mother"
"Thank you Carrie"I climbed into bed and as I was almost asleep Asher came in.I pretended to be asleep as I felt his hand on my forehead and his lips kissed my hair softly.I peaked my eyes open to see him walking around the room.He turned when he seen me sit up.
"Ashy what's wrong"
"You worried me"
"I'm sorry I told your mom she said she would tell me"
"Why didn't you tell me baby"
"I didn't want you to worry"
"Well that backfired"
"What do you mean Ashy i'm okay"
"Your body is going through changes baby"
"What..i don't understand"
"Since you got your wolf back your body will start to maintain a higher body temp and your not used to it which is why your warm to the touch and your not eating because the change in temperature is somehow affecting your appetite but I have no idea how"

"Of course baby"He crawled in bed with me and I ended up dozing off.

"I am thank you Kelly"We ate Rosalie's chicken enchiladas and signed over paperwork to say at the beginning of December Asher would take over the pack.Two more months we had two months until I was Luna and Asher was Alpha of Midnight Pack.I continued to eat listening to all of them talk.
"Have you decided who your beta will be"
"No i've been watching Ryder and Josh closely though"
"So it's between them"Asher nodded and Rosalie knocked before coming in to take our plates.
"Thank you Rosalie it was delicious"
"Your very welcome Luna enjoy the rest of your night you as well Alpha"
"Thank you Rosalie and you as well"She nodded and walked out of the room.Asher and I went to to our room and I took a hot bath shaving my legs and relaxing to the sweet smell of lavender candles.Asher was already asleep when I sat on the bed to lotion my legs.He was just in his boxers the blankets just below his boxers.I slipped on my favorite silk short nightgown and slid in bed next to him.
Good night Ashy I whispered.He mumbled a goodnight and kissed my head.
I love you I whispered.
I love you baby he murmured.I curled into his arms and his snores filled my ears.I finally fell asleep and into a dream.
