• Next day... 7:55 A.M. •

Jungkook was taking a final glance at the mirror, rechecking if he misses anything but he was doing it for the past 20 minutes. Well, nervous stuffs we all do for our first date. 

The ting of notification made the male leave the mirror and check the text which was, of course from taehyung. Older informed that he had arrived and waiting for jungkook at the society gates so the younger hurriedly picked his side bag and put his smartphone inside the bag before dabbing his finger over his lips to make it look plum and lastly giving a wink at the mirror. 

"Perfect." Younger murmured before running out of his house hastily. Lucky that his both parents are still asleep.

He waved at the security guard who opened the gates with a sheepish smile as he has already seen the handsome male standing outside of the gates. Jungkook bit his lips before walking out of the gates elegantly unlike how he hilariously jogged to the gates.

Taehyung was busy playing with his phone while straddling on the bike so the tinier male cleared his throat to seize the older's attention. 

"Oh, you're here." Ravenette glanced at the brunette and thought, the younger looked cute with a shy bunny smile. 

But then... Both of them noticed their clothings and chuckled awkwardly. 

Their outfits almost matched and looked like a couple clothings with the striped shirt tucked in jeans. If someone have to assume then they would have mistaken them as a lovely couple. 

"Did you wear it on purpose?" The senior asked scanning the latter's similar clothes.

"What? No! Of course not.  How would I know if you're also going to wear a striped shirt?" Brunette reacted almost arguing but the older chuckled before telling him that he was joking. 

Jungkook pouted and taehyung felt his soul descending from his body. Oh, how much he wanted to kiss those cupid bow-shaped lips.

His thoughts were blocked when he gets a glimpse of the watchman enjoying the live k-drama. 

"Come on. We will be late and did you have your breakfast?" Taehyung asked as the younger sat behind him with a halmet but didn't hold the older as the watchman was still peeking. He can't take a risk. 

"No, I didn't and you?" Jungkook replied questioning back when Ravenette started his bike before shaking his head in denial. 

The couple soon flees off leaving the rich area of the city behind now driving through the comman streets of Seoul. 

Now they were dar away from kook's house so the brunette took in the surroundings carefully before circling his hands around the older's waist and soon wrapped around Ravenette's firm chest which younger admired a little too much. Actually jungkook loved how manly and macho taehyung looked and not only his looks but his voice, actions, gestures ... Everything about him screamed dominance that jungkook couldn't help but wants to see older beside him as his man.

Taehyung was aware of the soft hands over his chest and the little discreet movements here and there. Senior knows that younger is impressed by his well-built body. 

The ride was halted right in front of the small cosy coffee shop located on the warm sunny streets of Seoul.

In the refreshing light of early daytime, the streets had the hues of artistic Dream Time, soft yet bold pastels.

"How do you always manage to find such beautiful places?" Jungkook was awed at the lush green coffee shop.

"Don't need to find anything it's always about discovering something new." 

"Oh. I think I should join you on your excavating adventures." Brunette unconsciously let out but shortly realise what he said but older doesn't seem to mind so he inhaled a puff of relief.

"Let's go in." Ravenette led his junior inside and they had a nice warm coffee with some cookies and pastry. 

Jungkook was puzzled when the older told a cafe worker to pack some cookies and pastries before paying for them. Jungkook didn't question further.

And then likewise they continued their bike ride. 

"Where are we going next?" The smaller male asked with radiant huge eyes which knocked the breath out of the latter's chest. 

"Umm, how about I show you around." Raven haired male spoke and other couldn't help but felt happy to receive a good long bike ride with his senior crush. 

They followed the decided plan and visited real good places which younger never knew existed in city. Jungkook mostly enjoys the lengthy bike ride. The feel of the wind crashing against his skin, and seeing the shapes and colors flashing by was an incredible feeling.

The bike was a funfair ride made into a two-wheeled vehicle. The sun was shining down on the pair making their cold skin warm right up. After younger had gotten done looking at all the beautiful colors on the trees and cloudy sky, he leaned his head onto strong back closing his eyes shut, trying to feel the passing air swiftly messing with his soft brown locks. 

Jungkook was about to fall asleep when an older stopped the vehicle outside of the rustic iron gates with a board on top saying "Seoul city orphanage" 

Younger quickly understand that this was the place where taehyung grew up.

"Come." Taehyung held the brunette's hand guiding him inside. 

"Why are we here,tae?" Younger quizzed.

"I haven't been able to visit the orphanage because of the University work so I thought it is a good idea to drop by, I hope you won't mind."

"Oh, I really don't mind." Smaller ensured with a warm smile.

They entered and were immediately welcomed by the group of children with adorable smiles tiny feet running to them and hugging older's legs. 

"Hyung... Oppa... Taetae..." Various kinds of names- nicknames and the gratifying scene of the older picking up two kids in his arms made jungkook's heart melt like ice cream in summer heat. 

"Tae bear." The brittle voice of the woman in front caught the duo's attention as a lady in her late 50s smiled heartily. 

"Nana." 

"Tae my child, Why haven't you come to visit us for the last one month? I was so worried." The old lady recited.

"Sorry nana, I was caught up with some heavy college work." Ravenette reasoned scratching back his nape.

Older saw his nana looking at the unfamiliar face standing beside him.

"Oh... he is my junior, Jungkook and jungkook, this is my nana, she owns this place and... umm she raised me." Taehyung explained with a reluctant tone. 

Brown head male greeted the old woman before all the kids started whining so taehyung and jungkook decided to go inside. They settled in the garden as younger sat with granny while taehyung was circled by an exciting group of kids who were patiently waiting for their treat.

Taehyung distributed all the cookies and pastries among the kids making sure no one remains without delicious desserts. Jungkook's eyes never left older even for a second. His heart was warmed up by the acts of older. He watched how his senior was so good with the kids and wasn't his harsh, cold, annoying self. 

Lastly, taehyung handed a last saved-up strawberry pastry to grandma who took it with a pleasant grin while caressing taehyung's thick black curls. 

"Thank you, my child." 

"Nana, how's your health now? You're taking medicines on time right?" Older asked with worried eyes.

"Yes, I'm taking it regularly, son. Don't worry about me." Granny reassured before turning to look at brunette.

"Taebear, are you sure he's just your junior and nothing more?" Nana's question catch the duo off guard but Ravenette immediately denied that they are nothing more than good friends and senior-junior. The sentence itself sounded unhappy and the younger's face showed how much sorrow the sentence gave him. 

The pair played with children almost all afternoon, had a nice lunch with kids and spend a good time with taehyung's nana who showed jungkook photos of his senior when he used to be a kid. 

"Tae, I saw other older kids in the pictures with you. Where are they?" Brunette inquired in curiosity.

"They were older than me and my hyungs so they left the orphanage earlier. Sadly I have never been able to find or reach any of them again." Older bitterly let out looking at the particular picture with his hyungs. They were happy even if their lives were so unfair and cruel to them. 

The couple was sitting on the main stairs of the house from where the metal gates were visible.

"You see that gate?" Ravenette asked pointing at rusty entrances.

Jungkook nodded in response.

"That's where I was found, on the other side of the gate." The revelation made the younger's soul quiver in grief thinking how brutal the person will be to leave a child outside of those iron gates. 

Younger swore that moment- he would never let his children suffer for anything, especially the parents love.

The brunette kept his pale hand on the older's tan ones before giving it a comforting squeeze with a smile that says 'it's okay, you're fine now.'

Taehyung just returned the soothing gesture of the younger with a tight-lipped smile. 

The buzz of older's phone interrupted such a sentimental moment as taehyung accepted the call. 

From the call, they get to know that taehyung has to leave for University as one of the professors needed some of his help and as a senior plus a brilliant student, older has to go but the problem is, it was only 6:40 in the evening so they still have so many hours left for their 24-hours-forgiving-date and he can't leave jungkook alone so he slipped into the deep thoughts.

"Tae, let's do this... I'll come with you to the university then we will leave together to have a nice dinner somewhere and at last you can drop me home." Brunette gave the suggestion and Ravenette was left with no choice but to accept it.

The couple waved goodbye to orphanage kids and nana before retiring towards the university.

They reached University and younger couldn't help but smile all the time while sitting behind older. He can't seem to forget how perfect taehyung fits in his 'my ideal type of man' theory. 

It is getting hard for the brunette to wait for his senior to make the first move and about taehyung, well...he was trying his best to control his feelings as he knows his limits very well. Older's rational mind kept him from feeling anything his heart was dying to feel and all of this just because, he thinks jungkook is so out of his range. Brunette is perfect..... rich, beautiful, intelligent, thoughtful and with a strong family background literally living a barbie princess lifestyle unlike him. 

And these are the things binding taehyung's limbs not to make any move on his gorgeous junior. Impossible... Was the only word his mind screams whenever he tries to think imaginable future scenarios inside his mind with jungkook. 

Both seem so confused, unaware of each other's feelings and tangled inside their own thoughts, having an internal war with their minds and hearts. 

"Jungkook, wait here I'll finish my work quickly and then we can go for dinner." Brunette nodded smiling looking at the now leaving figure of his handsome senior.

Time drifted fast and it's been an hour since taehyung left him inside the empty classroom. 

It started raining outside, the wet soil smell hit the younger's nose and he relaxed taking in the soothing sounds of water droplets hitting the grounds and leaves. 

It was late and the darkness has started to hide the colors of sunset. Younger decided to go outside as it was getting cold and scary inside the classroom but when he walked outside to find older, he saw a familiar handsome figure standing meters away with another junior girl handing him a letter with a red heart stuck over thee neatly folded envelope. 

Jungkook felt his heart contract with distress at the thought of older accepting the latter but taehyung respectfully shook his head and returned the unopened letter with a sorry smile. Brunette immediately understands that he rejected the girl as she left with a sad face. 

Now, in this situation generally a normal person who just saw their crush rejecting a girl in front of them will think twice before saying his/her own confession but jungkook's mind works differently because he's unique- Duh...

So he thinks that before anyone else steals away his man of dreams, he has to make a move and fuck the idea of waiting for him to make the first move. 

Ravenette saw a younger sprinting towards him in such a fierce and confident manner before the weight over his torso and legs gripping the sides of his waist. Yes, jungkook jumped on him. 

Taehyung quickly stables them by maintaining his balance. He was utterly shocked by such a bold and unexpected act of younger.

"J-jungkook-" his words were shushed by the dainty finger of the brunette placed over his chapped lips.

"Sorry, but I can't wait anymore." Jungkook spoke which made Ravenette tilt his head with creased brows.

"I love you, Kim taehyung." 

Older was flabbergasted by the brunette's confession. Taehyung's Brain shuttered to register the words as his heart started beating Insanely louder and faster. 

"Tae?" The soft whispered voice yank him back to certainty as his brain reminded him of the reasons why he can't accept the proposal.

Ravenette gently unattached the smaller male's legs from his waist before slowly putting him back on the grounds.

"Jungkook, we can't be together. The worlds we live in are completely different and I am looking for a lifelong relationship which isn't possible with you, I'm not saying you are not enough or lack anything but the difference between our status are really wide that I won't be able to provide you the comfort and luxuries you live within. I'm really sorry." Taehyung let out with keeping a stone over his heart. 

Jungkook's eyes became glossy at the older's justification but before he can say anything taehyung left marching out of the corridor leaving the dreadful male all alone.

Younger took in all the things Ravenette said and thought about it deeply for a minute and his mind only threw one question at him.

'will you be able to leave all your luxuries and comfortable life just for the sake of love, jeon jungkook?'
