Bianca's POV

"Hi Brent."

"Yes, my queen?"

"Can you please come with me to a ball? It's a fund raising event para may malikom kaming pera para sa medical mission." I hopefully asked.

"Sure. When will it be?" He asked.

"Umm, this week, Saturday night, 10pm." I shrugged my shoulders.

It took him, like, 30 seconds before answering. "Hindi ako makakapunta. Sorry, babawi na lang ako."

"Is that so?" May pagtataka kong tanong.

He's always been very supportive to me and he never let me go to a ball or event without any date. Parang may mali sa kanya, o baka naman busy lang siya.

"Yes. I promise, babawi na lang ako." Then he made a kiss sound. "I have to go now."

Without a word, I decided to drop the call.

"Everything okay?" Inigo came out of nowhere.

"Hey." I forced a smile.

"What's up?" He asked before seating beside me.

"Do you already have a date for the ball?" I asked, hoping he'll say no.

"Yes." He forced a smile.

I smiled, well disappointedly. "So, I guess I'll have to go to the ball alone." I shrugged my shoulders.

I looked at the ground and silently sighed.

"Wait, let me call her. She might have changed her mind." He said before standing up and taking put his phone.

"Who'll you call? Your date?" I asked in confusion.

"Why not?" Said Inigo.

I stood up all of a sudden and tried to snatch his phone away from him, but he already dialed the girl's number and told her she shouldn't go if she doesn't want to.

"Just tell me okay?" He said before dropping the call.

"You shouldn't have done that!" I hit him in the arm.

"Relax. She's not a doctor like us, so she doesn't really need to go to the ball." He smiled.

"You're an asshole!" I unbelievably sighed. He's very nice to me.

[Saturday Night]

"Iñigo!" A middle-aged man called Inigo.

Inigo quickly went to him, dragging my hand.

"Dr. Higgins. Nice to see you again." He laughed.

"We just saw each other in the parking lot!" The man laughed as well. "Who's this fine lady with you?"

"Oh," he gently pushed me to present me. "this is Dr. Travis. My girlfriend." He smiled.

I kept a gasp to myself and forcefully smiled in front of the man. But my hand is at the back and my fingers pinched Inigo's arm.

"I guess she's not comfortable here already. So, see you later then?" The man took a glass of wine from the table.

"Yes, of course, sir." I can imagine Inigo smiling.

We both walked to our table after the man sat on his chair.

"You!" Nanggigigil kong sabi.

He laughed and bent to my ear. "A lot will flirt with you here and I just wanna protect you."

My cheeks blushed at what he said. He's so nice to me, it's making me guilty.

We were both about to seat when I felt a hand hold my wrist. I looked at wrist and a man's hand was holding it. I quickly raised my head.

Before I could even say a word, I felt an arm weight on my shoulder, I know it's Inigo.

"Dude, wanna flirt with someone. Well, back off, she's my girl." He smirked.

"Oh, sorry. Enjoy!" Then he walked away.

We both sat down and enjoyed the party.

Fortunately, we gathered around 3.7 million for the medical mission. The medical mission is going to be regionwide so this'll be a lot of help.

Inigo drove me home.

"Thank you." I smiled.

"Of course." He smiled back.

"Friends?" I offered a hand shake.

"Yes, friends." And we shook hands.

He left after that. I went back to my place and laid on the couch, not knowing that I fell asleep.

"Hey king." I smiled with the blanket wrapped around me.

He quickly turned around and looked at me. He smiled and put his guitar down.

"Queen, did I woke you up?" He asked as he shower my cheeks with his kisses.

"Yup." I pinched his nose. "And you start my day better than the others."

He bit my finger to make me stop from pinching his nose, making me giggle.

"So what's for breakfast?" I asked, leaning my body to his.

"I made crepe cake." When he said those words, I instantly jumped out from his lap and drag him to the kitchen.

"See you later, my queen." He waved as I leave the car.

"Bye." And I sent him a flying kiss.

Pumasok na ako sa loob at nasalubong si Eclaire.

"Oh hi, Eclaire." I greeted with my wide smile. I'm just so happy Brent is here.

"Oh hello, Bianca. I was just dropping by. By the way, I brought you some snacks, they're at your secretary." She smiled. "I got to go now. I still have a date." She smiled and go.

Eclaire is nice. She's so nice to me even though we still haven't been friends in a long time. She's thoughtful as well. I rode the elevator up and pressed the floor number of my office.

"Good morning, Bianckie!" Hannah cheerfully greeted.

I smiled cluelessly. She's so cheerful today. "Why are you so cheerful?" I asked smiling.

I took the snacks Eclaire bought me on the table and put them on my table.

She turned around to face and and run towards me, giggling. "I'm going on a date!" She smiled.

I laughed at her and playfully shoved her away. "Let's get to work." I smiled.

I was checking-up my last patient when Brent texted me. 'Hey, queen, let's eat outside later?'

I pressed the reply box and typed 'I'll just cook dinner and you bake cupcakes, does that sounds fun?'

A few seconds after a got his reply. 'Of course, my queen. See you later ❤.'

'Okay. Bye, king.' Then I put my phone down.

I rang the doorbell thrice so he'll know it's his love of his life.

He opened the door and he's only wearing shorts and apron, that is the only that covering his top. I smiled and blush as I come inside.

We're here at my condo. And he's already baking cupcakes so I rished to cook dinner as well.

"The food's done, king!" I shouted. He rushed to kitchen and sat on the chair.

We laughed and giggled  while we eat and it makes me so much happy. Hindi lang ako, bakas na bakas na bakas sa mukha ni Brent kung gano siya kasaya.

After having a fun dinner, we sat on the couch and watched Netflix while eating cupcakes.

All of a sudden, I felt a cold, sticky feeling on my cheeks. My mouth widen and when I touched it, its icing. I quickly took a pinch of icing on my cupcake and put it on his forehead.

We end up chasing each other and having 'icing-fight'. While running away from his finger full of icing, I thought that, I wish this doesn't ends.
