Riley jumped out of bed and bobbed down to the kitchen. She was happy, she was meeting Matt today after school and she was excited.

"Why are you so happy this morning?" Ryan asked as he pored milk into his cereal.
"Just excited for school" Riley grinned, Ryan pulled a face but she decided to ignore it, she wasn't going to let anyone ruin her day, not even her brothers.

Riley waited patiently for the bus, smiling at everyone who passed. Finally, at 8:30 the rusty yellow bus turned up.

"Riles" Libby shouted from across the crowded corridor. Riley turn and smiled at her bubbly friend as she pushed through people to reach the other side.

Riley told Libby everything. About the boy in the bus stop, the kiss, her brothers reaction and the date tonight.
"Wow" Libby looked at Riley with sparkly eyes. "You go girl!" She said and playfully hit her friend. Riley giggled and hit her back softly.

The bell rang and Riley scooped up her books and moved on to her next lesson. The corridor was crowded, it always was, they needed a bigger school for the amount of kids who went there. Riley listened to the chatter of friends gossiping and the laughter of boys.

Riley stopped disgusted. In front of her eyes was an imagine she wished she could erase. It was Kyle stuck to some blonde girls face, he was grabbing her bum and they were exchanging saliva....gross. Riley walked past quickly trying to forget what she had seen.

School finished at 3:30 and by 3:50 she was waking down to the park. A cold breeze touched her white cheeks as it gently shook the wild rose bushes and let the leaves slowly drift down to the neat, soft grass. Riley heard the laughter of children as they played soccer in the peaceful park. This date was going to be perfect.

She scanned the park looking for Matt, she found him sitting on an old bench reading a book.
"Hey" Riley said happily as she sat next to him. Matt lowered his book and smiled back.
"Hey, you look beautiful" Matt said staring into Rileys eyes. Riley blushed at this, she tried to hide it but she knew he could see her rosy cheeks burning up.

They sat side by side talking about the past, present and future. It felt like she'd been with him for hours, when she was with Matt the only emotion she felt was happiness.
"I brought you a sandwich" Matt rummaged through his brown bag and pulled out a neatly cut ham sandwich, she took it and started to eat. He also pulled one out for him and they ate together, almost like a picnic.

They walked hand in hand over to the pond and fed the birds. Riley stopped as she realised Matt was no longer throwing bread, he just stood staring at her.
"What?" Riley said as she tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.
"It's just...you're so gorgeous and you don't even know it" Matt said astonished by her appearance.
"You're not too bad yourself" Riley giggled and threw a piece of bread at him.
"Hey!" Matt grabbed a piece of bread and chased her with it, Riley screamed and ran away but Matt was fast and he grabbed her by the waist and pulled her down onto the grass.

They laughed together, Matt slid onto his back and looked up at the fluffy clouds that filled the blue sky. Riley rested her head on his chest and pointed at the biggest one. "Looks like a skateboard" she said as she snuggled closer to him.
"A skateboard? You need glasses, it's definitely a sheep" Matt played with her hair.
"All clouds look like sheep" Riley said and looked up at him smiling sheepishly. "You're an idiot Matt Smith" Riley said as she went in for a kiss.

Unfortunately, Matt had to leave to go to a family meal. Riley started to walk back to her house, she felt as if this day was a dream. Matt was so amazing, he was everything she ever wanted in a boyfriend and now she had him.

Riley approached the brown door of her house and turned the key into the lock. She dropped her school bag on the floor and grabbed a glass of water. She heard rummaging come from upstairs.
"Hello?" Kyle said out of breath. He walked down the stairs in his underwear panting.

"Riley? What are you doing here?" Kyle asked, his face was red and he was breathing very fast.
"Um I live here" Riley said with attitude.
"Well duh I know that, but you said you were going to Libby's tonight."
"I did" she lied "Libby had to do a family thing so I left early. Why do you care?" Riley said as she scolded Kyle.

A thin girl with blonde her walked down the stairs while putting a shirt over her head. Riley knew her from some where, it was the girl from school today. Rileys eyes widened at the sight of a half naked stranger. Rileys jaw dropped and she look at her embarrassed brother.
"Ehm Riley meet Emily" Kyle scoffed.
"My name is Emma" the blonde girl snapped.
"Yeah Emma that's what I said." Riley smiled at the girl but she ignored her and continued to walk down the stairs.
"I'll see you in school Kyle." She winked at him and closed the door behind her, it was just Riley and Kyle in a bubble of uncomfortableness.

Riley stared at her brother "wait until Charlie finds out that you had a girl over." Riley said smug.
"Come on, please don't!" Kyle begged.
"Well, you should have thought about that before you went and farted on me" wow revenge really is sweet.
"Really? That was just harmless fun" Kyle protested.
"Not for me!" Riley shouted at him and walked to the lounge. She heard Kyle's footsteps as he stomped up the stairs, Riley giggled at her brothers annoyance.

Charlie arrived home at around 5. Riley quickly turned the tv off and sprinted towards Charlie. She heard Kyle run down the stairs, he glared at Riley warning her not to tell, she pulled a tongue at him.
"What's going on?" Charlie asked as he looked from Riley to Kyle.
"Kyle had a girl over and they had sex!" Riley shouted without looking at Kyle, but she could feel him shooting daggers at her.
"No one likes a tattletale" Kyle spat.
"No one likes you" Riley spat back.

Charlie's face dropped, you could see the anger growing rapidly over his face. "You did what!" Charlie shouted, his voice filled the whole house. Kyle swallowed hard and looked helplessly at his brother.
"Well um I thought no one was home and um yeah" Kyle said avoiding eye contact.
"You are grounded for a week! No tv! No phone! No alcohol! No girls! No parties! And extra chores!" Charlie's voice boomed. Riley turned to look at Kyle, she smiled at him.
"I'm going to get you back! Sleep with one eye open baby!" Kyle was mad. Should Riley have told? She didn't care she was just happy Kyle got what he was asking for.
"Upstairs now!!!" Charlie demanded.
"Watch your back" Kyle glared at Riley one last time before walking up the stairs.

What had she done? Kyle was going to kill her!
