Hilda

her real name is Hildegard Schlievogt but she gose by Hilda

On the surface, Hilda has a brash and confident persona   with her past after she was abandoned by her family  and saved by Ange and others 

Hilda is a striking beauty with deep blue-violet eyes and long crimson hair which she usually styles in twin tails. When loose it falls to just past her waist. Like Ange, she has a slender but very curvaceous figure. Her Norma uniform is personalized with a light red skirt and her piloting uniform is blazing red. She shares her red color scheme with her para-mail. When Hilda returns to her mother's house she dons an outfit similar to the one she wore the day she was taken away from her mother. She's apparently perverted, as shown in her relationships with Hilda and Rosalie

Salia Tereshkova but gose by Salia

She is a serious and diligent individual, studious and ambitious with great loyalty Her defining trait through the early episodes was her disciplined attitude and ability to withhold her personal feeling for a greater cause, but this never stopped her from being a bit open with questions to her superior's orders, and was annoyed when they went unanswered. She is also very forceful

Her social interactions with the other show that she is rather cool headed and lacks arrogance and was most moderate of the group

Salia is of fairly average height with a slender frame. Her most notable feature is her long violet hair usually kept in pigtails with bangs that frame her face and golden brown eyes. Her normal attire is the standard Norma uniform that is customized with a navy blue pleated skirt. When piloting her para-mail she wears a sea foam blue pilot uniform

Ersha

Ersha is a beautiful young woman with green eyes, long pink hair, past her waist, and a kind, gentle face. She is a fairly tall woman with a slender, voluptuous figure and a well-endowed chest.

Her piloting uniform has an orange color scheme that she shares with her para-mail

When not piloting her mails Ersha wears the standard Norma uniform customized with an orange skirt.

Ersha has a very kind and accepting personality. She acts as a mother figure to her unit. Vivian commented that her mother and Ersha share the same scent

Rosalie

She has short orange hair and sharp blue eyes. Her figure is the second bustiest in the first troop after Ersha and she wears the top of her uniform open as a result.

She is rather obsessed with money and is often agitated when the opportunity to gain more is withheld from her. She's apparently perverted, as shown in her relationships with Hilda and Rosalie

Chris

She is a rather petite beauty taller than Vivian but just a few centimeters shorter than Rosalie, with Light Blue hair done that reaches down to her mid back and tied in a braided ponytail that rests on her right shoulder, with a bang covering her left eye, of which both are pink

Chris appears as a shy and fragile girl with a raspy voice, which is highly deceiving of her being majorly sharp-tongued  She's apparently perverted, as shown in her relationships with Hilda and Rosalie

Vivian

In her human form, Vivian has a petite, slender, well-toned athletic build. Her most prominent feature is her scarlet hair and golden eyes. She pilots the VV-Razor which is where her nickname VV comes from. Her norma uniform shares the same pink color scheme as her para-mail. When she was younger she wad the signature wings and tail of a Dragonette but had these removed by Maggie. Maggie also provided green medicine lollipops to help her maintain her human form. When she returns to her mother, Vivian dons a yellow Eastern style outfit consisting of a tank top, skirt, and matching shoes.

She is a bright, cheerful natured girl. She is always seen with a lollipop in her mouth. She is a fan of Perolina accessories.

She seems to enjoy asking her squad mates to answer questions to quizzes

Vivian's personality is constantly warm and inviting

Powers: She is able to transform into a Scuna-class DRAGON. This gives her enhanced strength and wings, that give her the ability to fly

Arzenal is an island in a distant sea with detention facilities that once held Norma along with a military base built to used to house the combat air-frames known as Para-mail

It is built onto an island that appears to be a volcanic neck surrounded by a ring formation of rocks. It has tall cliffs and a flat area on top where vegetation grows. The base is carved into the cliffs and multiple landing fields jut outwards from at least on two of the sides. Following the attack on Arzenal by the DRAGON's, half of the island was blown away by Salamandinay, by using the Enryugo's Dimensional Resonator Weapon. Following a second attack on Arzenal, this time by Julio, what was left of the island base following the DRAGON's attack on it was left in ruins. The island is located thousands of kilometers away from any land, this, coupled with the fact that Arzenal's existence is a closely guarded secret and that Para-mails are only given enough propellant for a single battle during Dragon attacks, makes escape from Arzenal nearly impossible. ==Squadrons== There are three squadrons of Para-mail units stationed at Arzenal, each of which consists of nine Para-mails. After the Dragon attack on Arzenal, the Para-mail squadrons took heavy losses, and all three were merged into a single squadron on Jill's order, with Hilda as the provisional leader.

First Squadron :The most elite squadron, nicknamed "First Squadron of Death". It was led by Zola until her death. Afterwards Salia became the new Captain, thereafter Hilda, for Ange became the final leader of the Squadron.

Second Squadron :It is led by Eleanor. The entire squadron was wiped out by the Enryugo's Space-time Convergence Cannon attack on Arzenal.

Third Squadron :It is led by Betty. It lost its leader as well as three Para-mails to the Space-time Convergence Cannon

Command Center

The command center for the island is where Commander-in-Chief Jill, Inspector General Emma Bronson, and the three Communications Operators Pamela, Hikaru, Olivier are during operations against the DRAGON's. It overlooks the main landing field (right and above it), as its glass observation design allows for easy viewing of landings.

Landing Platforms

A large metal structure that sticks out the side of Arzenal. Multiple levels tall, there are launch bays on each of the lower levels, while the top deck functions as a landing field for para-mails and aircraft.

Simulators

A room that houses high tech simulators for piloting para-mails. Advanced imaging and mock ups of the controls are apart of the module, which gives the pilot a feeling of flying and accelerating.

Medical Bay

A standard medical surgery office and a hospital full of bedrooms run by Maggie. The facility has the equipment capable of life saving surgery and installation of cybernetics (artificial limbs and organs).

Cafeteria

A communal room for Norma to meet and eat as a group. A major location for interaction. It appears that any Norma with cooking skills rotates through cooking and preparing food, even pilots like Ersha.

Dormitories

Living quarters for the base personnel. While generally spartan like, anything in Arzenal is up for grabs to purchase if you have the money. Furniture, decorations, and other amenities are available to be bought and used in the dorms. Generally each room has a set of two beds, although Zola's room was larger and had a private bath, including a large queen sized bed.

Torture Room

The Torture Room is where new normas are taken in Arzenal. The room is presumably use for body cavity searches which Ange had one by Jill. It was also used by Zola when she attempted to rape Ange in the room.

Rosenblum Estate

It is the estate that members of the Rosenblum Royal Family stay in while inspecting Arzenal. Misty Rosenblum came to Arzenal to visit and find out the truth about Ange.

Jasmine Mall

Jasmine sells nearly just about everything at her Mall. The young Norma girls, if they can afford it, can buy clothing, para-mail, weapons, and just about anything else they can think of.

Beach

At the back of the base, there is a small sheltered cavity with an entrance into the base. This triangular area is a sandy beach on the sea. It is used for the yearly 'Mermaid Festa'.

Prison

The prison cells are along the outer walls of the mountain side at Arzenal near the dorms. Ange and Hilda were put in prison after being brought back to Arzenal for desertion

Locker Room

The Locker Rooms at Arzenal are where the Para-mail pilots change into their uniforms. .

Cemetery

The cemetery is where those who have died while being at Arzenal are entombed, or remembered by their comrades and family. When a Norma dies, they are given back the name they were given by their parents on their tombstone.

The shower room is where the Para-mail pilots shower.
