~Y/N POV~

Taehyung carried me all the way to the living room and sat us both down on the couch with Jisoo sitting beside us. Even with our parents in the room did Taehyung not have a care and had me sat on his lap, keeping me close and ready to hear what our four parents had to say.

I was worried and yet very curious. I was only worried because of how serious my mother was and still is by the straight line her lips form as she watches the three of us sitting down.

The four adults stood in front of us looking down at us on the couch, the atmosphere was tense and all I could wonder was what was going on?

It made me uneasy and almost uncomfortable but with Taehyung some how knowing how I think he took my hand in his and rested it on my lap and ran little circles on the small of my back to hel calm my nerves. It helped but he did all this without even looking at me but instead at the four people who were eerily quiet.

"Right, so we do have something to discuss and we need to talk about it all especially after Y/n's incident. But what we tell you can not leave this house, understood?" Alpha

I nod straight away. I had no plans on telling anyone anyway, I could tell this was dead ass serious.

"Yes dad." Jisoo

"Sure, yeah." Taehyung

"So that means you two switch off any link you have to anyone outside this house, but Taehyung could you ask Jimin to come back please? I should of asked him to stay, also Hoseok too. They need to know about this too as your Beta and delta. It's important." Alpha

I looked to Taehyung who flashed his dad an uncertain look but agreed anyway and I could only assume he did as he was told.

Moments passed by and Jimin and Hoseok came walking in, confused expressions all over their faces as they walked in the living room but before they could ask what was going on the Alpha just instructed them to stay quiet for this and take a seat. They immediately obeyed and sat down on the other couch that was next to us and our parents stood in the centre of the room.

"What we are to talk about is very serious. It's no joke and in what happened we need to keep our guards up and like I've stated before none of this information leaves this room, yes?" Alpha

Yes, now please just tell us what's going on.

I was growing impatient at this point. I just want to know.

"Y/n, we've always known that you were destined to be Taehyungs mate, even as children." Dad

My dad speaks stepping forward with crossed arms across his chest and to stand next to the alpha who just looks at him unfazed. Where as Taehyung tenses for some reason but then speaks up.

"Then why did the soul teller say that I was to be unmated? And dad why did you tell me to be with Yeri?" Taehyung

The alpha sighs and for just a moment lowers his gaze to the floor before looking back up to his son who was waiting for his response.

"If you remember correctly the teller said you were not destined to be with a wolf or human. I only asked of you to be with Yeri because I was unsure of how all of this would work out with Y/n as your mate if I'm brutally honest but that doesn't mean I disapprove, because I'm more than happy that after all these years the two of you are finally together!" Alpha

He grins almost like a mad man and his wife comes to his side with a hand on his shoulder.

"It was pretty obvious from the beginning dear. It was bound to happen sooner or later." Luna

Jimin and Hoseok began to giggle quietly but Taehyung sent them a daggered look to be quiet and then did. But then my moms sad expression comes to view when she finally comes forward to stand next to my dad.

"It only means that history would repeat itself. Again." Mom

History?

Repeat itself?

"What history?" Taehyung

"I think I might know what you're all talking about. It's about the cursed couple right? The alpha from over hundred years ago, the man our great, great grandfather took over from, yes?" Jisoo

I looked at her in disbelief. I didn't know anything about that. So Taehyung and his family were not the original alpha family?

"Yes you're correct Jisoo." Mom

"Wait what? I don't understand." Taehyung

His father sighs yet again but his wife takes his hand to settle whatever feelings he has brewing up within himself.

"Taehyung, over a hundred years ago, our ancestor took over his brothers position as alpha, which so happened to be my great grandfather, Yeonjun. His older brother was alpha before him and his name was Taemin, we actually almost named you after him because we was always known as a great leader but like you he believed he was to never have a mate, so he dedicated his life to his people and stopped looking for his true love." Alpha

The man paused for a moment and looked at his wife but my dad spoke up to finish the story.

"The alpha Taemin, met a woman in the woods. He was out patrolling and that's where he met my great grandmother, Aileen. She was running straight towards his pack and the story goes she came here from another country. When she arrived she was drawn to these woods and made a home for herself but had this urge to come to this pack and just knew something was going to happen to the pack. She couldn't talk, just like you Y/n, but as you did a few hours ago, she had one set of lungs on her." Dad

"Y/n, Taehyung what we're trying to say is our ancestors were mates, just like to two of you. The mute girl with the alpha." Mom

Wow! That's pretty cool!

I didn't know this, but why do I have a feeling it's not good news?

"What happened to them?" Taehyung

The four adults exchanged looks at one another but knew they had to tell us.

"Well you see, Rogues attacked the pack. Many people died, but not as much as there was suppose to be and that was because of Aileen. Even with Taemin and Aileen being so deeply in love was it that only Taemin could understand her without even having to speak. He just knew and with that said he knew that her uncontrollable screaming was a warning for death to come. But little did they both know it also meant the death of Taemin. He died in protecting his mate when the rogues leader tried to kill her for ruining his surprise attack. Yeonjun killed the rogue afterwards but it was too late." Alpha

"So may I ask what happened to Aileen then?" Jimin

He stuck up his hand with a bowed head and asked politely. Taehyungs dad forced a small smile to then nod towards my dad who turns around to look at Jimin to respond.

"She left. She went to live in the nearest town over, just to come back two years later pregnant. She never married, the pregnancy was an accident since she never moved on from Taemin even in the small amount of time they had known each other. She gave birth to my great grandfather and Yeonjun gave them a place to stay, and that future generations could live here also in gratitude to warning she had given them before it could of gotten worse. So with that said we've been here ever since." Dad

He smiled weakly at Jimin who nods his head in understanding and looks at Hoseok next to him.

This was a lot to take in. But that doesn't mean it will happen with me and Taehyung though.

"I agree with Y/n. That wont happen with us. I wont die. No one will." Taehyung

The alpha smacks his lips together and was about to speak but his wife spoke instead.

"Honey we don't know that. What Y/n did earlier tells us that death is coming. We just don't know who or when this will happen. Y/n might end up even having dreams after this as apparently Aileen did." Luna

Taehyung growls and stands up taking me in his arms still.

"No! No one is going to die! No history is repeating itself!" Taehyung

"Taehyung calm down." Alpha

He steps towards Taehyung but he just snarls at his dad in warning taking everyone by surprise, myself and his father included.

"NO ONE IS DYING!! NOT ON MY WATCH!" Taehyung

He storms passed the parents and runs out the house with me. I want to ask some questions but I guess that will have to wait. Though I do have a thought in mind.

If I can scream when death in coming does that mean I'm a banshee??????

No I cant be, can I?
