Percy PoV
Hack, cut, jab, dodge, reapeat. I sliced through the monsters, heading toward the dirt face who started this. Gea had a evil grin forming on her face. " You think you can stop me demigod?" Gea asked me as she drew her sword. Annabeth was trying to sneak up on Gea, but she turned around and stabbed her, a hair away from her heart. "NO!" I screamed as I dove got make a grab for Annabeth. "Seaweed brain, do me a favor... kill that dirt face for me, will you?" She asked me as she took a shaky breath. "Anything for you, Wise girl." I told her and she smiled. I laid Annabeth down gently. I got up and turned towards Gea. Another demigod fell down dead in the corner of my eye. "You. Me. Battle. Now." I told Gea and she laughed. We locked in combat for a minute, before I noticed how every time I stuck her, she healed whenever she touched dirt. I used a wave to take her off the ground and stabbed her deep in the chest with Riptide. She exploded in a shower of dirt and I went back down to Annabeth, relieved to find that she was still breathing. Apollo came over to her and healed her. She got up and hugged me. "You did it, seaweed brain." She said and we kissed. We got up and left with the rest of the seven.
