#CLOUDCUDDLES

The downy clouds of soft cotton,
Like the marshmallows, like a plushie
The clouds are like soft toys someday,
All so cuddly and oh so mushy

And in my imagination I'm already,
Sailing on the velvety duvet,
Rolling in my dreams of comfort,
The rough world around can wait.

The mellow light bathes the clouds,
In the softness of the evening sun,
The clouds follow like a fluffy pet,
Wherever for escape I try to run.

I want the winds to embrace me and
Mould a cotton candy out of a cloud
I want them to swoop on me and carry me,
Over to where the clouds squeal aloud

The clouds make mighty castles,
By stashing together and piling like pillows,
There's no one to rule over me as I explore,
The soft corners where the wind billows.

In my daydreams of the ethereal,
I'll hug the clouds to sleep someday
The world around maybe harsh but
My imagination's clouds cushion me all the way.
