i. love. this. cast.

grey is an actual queen, erika is adorable, taylor can fucking stab me and i'd thank her, barrett is so great, kyle is hilarious, ashley can dance so well in stilettos what the fucK, and kate can fucking bELT

i love how no songs sound the same, and if they have elements that are similar, it's because each of the characters have a different sound

i loVE that

cady's is upbeat

regina's is powerful and loud and cliche villain

janis' is pop/rock-ish

damien's is classic broadway

etc etc etc

i guess..

the only complaints i really have about this musical are that there are so many iconic lines from the movie that could've been in the musical but just weren't?

like i get that they wouldn't include all of them

but at least sprinkle in some more? the movie was one of the most iconic films ever and to make a musical without those memorable quotes is a little sad.

but i can get past that because i love the music even though it's not my favorite, enjoy the story, draw fanart, etc.
