What inspired you to start writing?
I was inspired to write when my grandpa introduced to me poetry and short stories. It has always been a way for me to write about my emotions, desires and dreams.
How do you handle Writer's Block?
A big way I handle writer's block is watching, reading or listening to something that can inspire me to continue my book or ideas.
What genre(s) do you write and why?
I write a lot of different genres such as romance, mystery, fan fiction, short stories, poetry and fantasy. I enjoy writing these genres because I am able to express myself within a character and situation. I also am able to expand my creativity when writing within these genres

How to Develop Characters in a Short Story?
Source: https://rachelpoli.com/2017/09/13/how-to-fully-develop-characters-in-short-stories/
1. Create a character using a Character Chart
Know each character's profile before you begin writing (even if you don't introduce it all)
You can search Pinterest or Google for examples if needed.
2. Comb through your character profile and select the most important aspects.
a. Physical Appearance: In order to have a successful story, your reader needs to be able to visualize your character. Some features aren't necessary unless they are significant to plot.
b. Emotional State: Varies on the POV you use, but allow your readers to get in the mind of your protagonist. What's their thought process like? What kinds of decisions do they make? Do they have any outstanding memories or fears that are important to the plot and show how the character came to be?
c. Speech: Once you know how they think, you need to express how they speak. Are they reserved or more outspoken? Sarcastic or kind? Do they have a filter?
d. Action: What does your character do?Don't worry about the journey but more get them there and let the action happen.
Characters are one of the most important aspects of any story, besides the plot. They are complex and even in short stories, they deserve to be developed. Get to know them. By knowing who your character really is, you will be able to sift out the important parts and let readers get to know them too.
Poetry Advice:
When you get inspired or something makes you feel a certain way, write it down. Even if it is the worst thing you have ever read, write. The most beautiful poetry comes from raw emotions and genuine experiences. There are so many different forms of poetry so don't always stress yourself on rhyming. Poetry is not all about the words, but rather about how those words make someone feel.

What inspired you to start writing?
I was inspired to start writing after reading the works of many talented authors, such as Leigh Bardugo. My first ever work was a children's novel that I never posted on Wattpad, but ever since I won a poetry contest when I was young, I loved writing poetry.
How do you handle Writer's Block?
Whenever I have writer's block, I find that reading deep thoughts and listening to a variety of music gives me ideas. I usually get over it quickly haha
What genre(s) do you write and why?
I write poetry, short stories, and new adult books. Poetry is the most genuine and raw genre in the writing world, and I can express feelings there that I could not do in any other genre. To me, new adult and short stories are refreshing to write when I need a break, so I enjoy writing in those genres as well.

What inspired you to start writing?
I was inspired by William Wordsworth's poetry collections to write poetry. Then there is Robert Frost and Maya Angelou.
How do you handle Writer's Block?
By writing it down. I don't stop writing. Even if it's a few words, to be honest. Just putting words on paper is therapeutic and helps in clearing out those mental blocks. The written words often spark new ideas.
What genre(s) do you write and why?
I write in Poetry, New Adult, Young Adult, Teen fiction and the Short Story genres. I've attempted these genres because I wanted to try something new and push myself as a writer. It's been a wonderful learning process. Have stumbled along the way, but it's been worth it :)
Stay safe, stay happy and protected! ❤
