Ebony sighed as she saw the clock turn to 8:00 a.m. She was officially late to school. Well, she wasn't going today so who cared? Her mom had to stay at work for a little bit of overtime so she had the place to herself. She went into the kitchen to get a knife. She thought it was the perfect chance to feel something other than sadness. Her mother had taken her razors away, so she couldn't exactly cut herself. She didn't do anything for attention but, her mother found out anyways.  She placed the dagger-sharp blade upon her skin and gracefully made a small slit. The blood ran down the side of her wrist and fell onto the kitchen floor. She'd clean it up in a second. Ebony could feel her eyes start to burn from the small tears that were forming. Even if she did this quite often, it always made her eyes water, but she never cried. Ebony sighed and started to clean up the small dots of blood on the floor and then walked to her room. She locked the door and turned the lights down low. Then put some music on, it was soft and slow. She really had no place to go. Ebony brought out her sketchbook and started to sketch out some of her OCs. Yes, she did have a few OC's for different fandoms. Like Dusty, the Skeleton for Undertale, Lilac the centaur for Gravity falls, Nightshade for Warrior Cats, and Twisted Oak for MLP. She did like other fandoms, but she just hasn't created an OC for them. But soon after getting the basic outline of a body, she threw the Sketchbook down and burst into tears. She felt so horrible, and she couldn't do anything to stop it! She laid down on her pillow and cried herself to sleep, even if was early in the morning. At least she'll be rested up for tomorrow!
