P.O.V: Lara

Welp, it wasn't Vinny. Vinny thought it was Lukey, but I'm not sure about that.

"It's not me. If the psychic is still alive they can check me." Lukey says.

"That wouldn't mean anything. You could've killed the psychic and know that they are dead." Nikolai points out a counter to Lukey's argument.

"It's not Lukey. I saw his paper at the beginning. He's just a survivor." Odette defends Lukey

"What's next you're gonna say you're psychic and he's not murderer? Give me a break." Aadiv rolls his eyes.

"Odette is also just a survivor." Lukey says.

"Well, I think the murderer could've faked their death." Aadiv says. "Either that or it's Lara, Rosalie, Jojo, Annie, Kees, or Nikolai. That is, if we don't think it's Odette or Lukey." Aadiv adds on. Why does he think it's me? Well then again, he just listed every single person alive in the house other than Lukey, Odette, and himself. Just after I think that the light above us blinks for a millisecond. Static comes from the speaker.

"Flick... Flick.."

The light flickers on and off for a few seconds, which felt like decades. Then they turn off and more static comes from the speaker.

"It's 2 a.m. The lights flicker out and you all scurry in panic."

I run over to where I think Annie is, and I run into somebody.

"Lara, is that you?" Annie's voice calls out from in front of me. I sigh of relief, I thought she was the murderer!

"Yeah, it's me." I whisper back.

"Oh good. I thought you were the murderer for a second." She says. Right after she says that I hear a scream from the kitchen.

"Ahhhh!"

It sounded like a feminine scream, so I'd assume either Rosalie or Odette was attacked. I hear a noise of somebody falling to the ground. I start to hear a lot of these noises, like fighting noises. People hitting eachother, falling, stuff like that. About half an hour after all the noises they stop. Annie and I just sit on the couches for 5 minutes.

"Lara, you wanna go investigate the kitchen? To see what happened?" Annie asks me. I think about it for a second. On one hand, its a good idea, maybe we can see who was fighting, and why they were fighting. But on the other hand, the murderer could be there and just kill one of us, meaning they have freedom to kill the other. I think we should.

"Sure." I respond with hesitation. We stand up off the couch to go investigate the kitchen. I bump into somebody that is walking a little faster than us and seems to be in a hurry. I didn't really see who it was but I believe it was Nikolai? I think I saw blonde hair. Once we get to the kitchen, I immediately notice there is a strand of long brownish-orange hair. Odette.

"I found a strand of I believe Odette's hair. Come take a look." I whisper to Annie, so nobody hears and thinks we're suspicious. She walks over here and I hand her the strand of hair. Her eyes widen.

"Yep thats Odette's hair, but Odette doesn't have the personality to get into a fight, so I'm really confused at this right now. I think for now we should just sleep." Annie says in a whisper tone. Fair point, I've barely slept during this, I'm needing some sleep.

"Yeah, I need some sleep. This is gonna drive me insane if I can't get any sleep." I respond, and then yawn.

lights turning on part yes yes

"You hear the power generator turning back on..."

I wake up and yawn. Oh, thank god I got some sleep. I walk out of my room and I see a bunch of familiar faces. Annie, Kees, Jojo, Odette, Nikolai, Aadiv, Rosalie, Lukey. Wait. Wait. Nobody is missing? Does that mean the murderer didn't kill anybody

"You may be wondering why everybody is still alive, the murderer has attempted to kill someone."

"Did they fail? The person beat the murderer in a self defense fight?" Lukey asks curiously. Yeah, I was thinking that too. What happened?

"However, the medic has saved the targeted player."

"Well that rules that player out from being the murderer." Jojo theorizes, smartly. Yeah I guess it does.

"I have news from our Investigator on as to who they believe the murderer is."

"The investigator believes the murderer is Kees. Again."

"The investigator must have hard proof if they're spam accusing Kees, don't ya think?" Annie says. Yeah, I kinda agree.

"Fair enough, but I'm not the murderer!" Kees defends himself. Well, if not Kees who would it be? There is only a couple other options. There's Jojo, Aadiv, Nikolai, and Rosalie for the only other options, considering Odette and Lukey aren't lying. And one of the 4 I mentioned now is the investigator.

"Well, Kees can't be investigator, and if it's not him it's only down to Lara, Rosalie, Annie, Jojo, and Aadiv. Because Kees was accused- you get what I'm saying I bet." Nikolai seems to have read my mind somehow, a genuine superpower.

"So apparently every single special role is alive now, except muffin man and possibly the psychic is dead, interesting. That means, due to math, only 3-4 survivors are still alive. Because the medic healed somebody, the investigator accused somebody, and the twins weren't taken out together yet." Aadiv concludes a theory. Yeah I guess that theory could be correct.

"You can vote me off, but remember even after I die, the chair. The chair." Kees repeats himself. I think he's going insane, from all the accusations being thrown around.

"It is now time to vote, please grab a piece of paper and vote."

I take the piece of paper, and probably unlike most others, I write down Rosalie. She didn't speak a word the entire time.

"It is now time to see who the house believes is the Murderer."

Everybody looks tense, worried they'll be voted off.

"The house believes that the murderer is Kees."
